Please refresh my memory on how to make "reservations

It's been a good 6 years since we have been to DW and I don't recall all of the steps. I do remember though it starts at 6:00 in the morning and first priority is Ohana. My window opens up next Wednesday and I need to start preparing the steps. Do I need my hotel confirmation number? Is there anything different in making them now that was different in 2010? Any other tips would be great.

Be ready to call at 7am. Today is my ADR day and I've been online since 6am and all I'm getting is an error message when I click on the time I want. This happens to me EVERY trip.

Maybe other mortals are able to book online at 6am EST but I never get that lucky.

Sigh

Anyway -- If you call, you'll need your confirmation number. If you're staying on site, in one resort, it'll let you book your entire stay (up to 10 days). We have a split stay in August, so I'm booking 6 nights this morning and then the next 6 nights a week from now (split stays are treated like 2 separate reservations with their own ADR & FP days)

My DH and I tag teamed it and tried to get as many ADR's before the "glitches" happened. Make sure you are already registered on MDE and have your reservation and a credit card linked when you start. I did a test run to make sure it worked ahead of time. We had a list of where we wanted to go and which locations were the priority to book. At the end I did have to call to finish a couple of reservations and unfortunately had a 40 minute wait when I called at 7 am, but I did get everything I wanted. Good luck!!

Thanks! Yes I just put my credit card info on file as I see ts meals now all need a credit card. I will also be prepared to call if I have problems
