We're going for DD's 5th birthday/1st trip surprise, 6n stay. My MIL/FIL are joining us for the last 3 nights and it will be their birthdays as well.
Currently...
Arrival: Whispering Canyon Cafe dinner
Day 1: MK
8:10 AM ADR at Cinderella's RT for just DD and I, husband is grabbing QS.
Day 2: HS
Mama Melrose 3:40 ADR for late lunch/early dinner, Fantasmic pkg
Day 3: Resort/Disney Springs "rest day"
BBB at DS @ 12 pm
ADR for dinner at 1900 PF* (DH, DD, and I)
Day 4: AK
Date night with DH at Sanaa while MIL/FIL grab QS and bring DD to s'mores/campfire with Chip n Dale
Day 5: Epcot
ADR for dinner at Akershus* (all 5 of us)
Day 6: MK
Early Lunch ADR at BOG. (all 5 of us)

We were originally planning not to park hop but now we're purchasing annual passes (... yes, big change lol) so we could hop over to a park for dinner on day 3 instead of 1900 PF. This is the one I'm considering switching for Akershus, and then changing the Saturday night dinner to something else the entire family might enjoy more. What do you think/what would you recommend? What is the character dining dinner with the best quality food? Are the character meals spaced out enough that it won't be too much of a good thing? Is the 1900 PF dinner a "don't miss"?
Thanks for your time!
