I am going with the atlantic dance hall. Were not going with a theme per say but we are going for romantic with a touch of vintage which the dance hall gives us. I didn't think it was important to coordinate with the colors already in play in the dance hall. Its a very cool space and when you go for your planning session your planner can show you tons of photos of past weddings with a huge span of decor.

What I liked about the Atlantic Dance Hall is, we didn't have to go full out with the decorations. We did minimum decorations, flowers, chair covers and table clothes were done to match our wedding colors orange and navy blue.
But we did have a subtle Star Wars theme that if you weren't paying attention, you'd miss.
Our wedding party walked down to the Ewok Celebration song. Ours was the Imperial March.
We had these as our Table Planets.
Wedding favors.
This was our cake.
Guest Book.
Oh and these guys were there.

OH MY GOD! I love everything! Your cake is awesome! Seeing Leia Minnie and Jedi Mickey made me reconsider characters (currently not having due to cost), but I don't think Disney will allow them anymore anyway.

We also didn't have a theme, just went with our colors. Like the others have mentioned, part of the reason for our choice of ADH was that it didn't require a lot of decor! Even with our colors (cobalt blue and lime green) I still loved the look of the hall.

Oh no. Do you mean the characters as Leia Minnie & Jedi Mickey or the use of characters in general at Atlantic Dance Hall?

Characters as Leia Minnie and Jedi Mickey (or Darth Goofy, Stormtrooper Donald, Ewok Chip & Dale), anywhere. I thought I had read that they didn't want to lose the integrity of the Star Wars characters, or something like that. Even though they've been doing it for so long. Since they did away with Star Wars Weekends entirely, I don't know if it was just a rumor before that.
