Disney Dream - February 20 2017 - 4 Night Bahamian Cruise

We just booked our first Disney Cruise for 2/20/2017 on a 4-night Bahamian cruise on the Disney Dream! Who else is going? This will be celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary and my daughter's 9th birthday!

We're going! This is disney cruise #3 for us. The excitement never lessens!!! Is it just us right now?

My family and I will be on this cruise as well! Suuuper excited as this is our very first cruise ever ! I've never participated on one of these boards before, so I feel like I have no idea what I'm doing....but I'll tag along

Just book a room on this cruise!! This will be our third cruise. We will also be sailing with my parents, also their 3rd cruise and my sister and her family will also be joining us, it will be there first cruise!! There will be 10 of us in total. :earsboy:

I am hoping that once the group gets up and running a fish extender group will be started. Our last cruise was the first time that we did the FE and my girls loved it. They have already started asking if we were doing it again.

This will be our first Disney Cruise as well. We're a family of four that has 2 girls, ages 10 & 9 at the time of the cruise.

So happy to have found this thread!!! This will be our first cruise but, more importantly, A DISNEY ONE!! We've been to DW eight times (and hitting Food and Wine this fall!) but this is "uncharted water" for hubby and me! So excited!!

Just booked our cruise this afternoon- May 12th. Seems to be filling fast. This is our third cruise. My daughter, her husband and two boys are on their first. Hope Feb is warm.
Just good off a 5 day Wonder trip the end of April.

I'm a first-time cruiser, but a long-time Auntie/Travel Planner, and love to create things to add a special touch to our trips. Things such as journals, autograph books, t-shirts, fans, etc... Didn't realize until planning a Disneyland trip with my daughter a few years ago, that I'm small potatoes in comparison to many... :flower:

The idea of a Fish Extender Group THRILLS me, as I've never had anyone make cool stuff for ME before!!! :love:

Therefore, I've been doing some research about how Fish Extender Groups work... It seems that someone/anyone just steps up and says, "Hey everyone! I'm wiling to maintain the Fish Extender Group list!"

So...

Hey Everyone! I'm willing to maintain the Fish Extender Group list!!!!!

My dream picture of a Fish Extender Group is fairly low key... Where folks can make (or gather) things for others and leave a card saying something like, "To you. From us." But folks can also simply anonymously leave things for their group. I'd love to have people do individualized gifts... Or group gifts... Or both. I'd love to see a group where people can go where their imagination takes them... We'd have to count on people committing to do *something*, to share the joy, and then make sure it's fun rather than stressful.

Sound like a fun plan? Who wants to join in? Hoping someone does, as I've already started making my gifts!!! :dogdance:

If you'd like to participate, please provide names, ages at time of cruise, genders of your party, and cabins (staterooms?) if you know them...

Hello! We will be joining you all as well :yay:

This will be the 3rd cruise for me and my 16 year old DD and 1st cruise for my mother who will somewhat reluctantly be joining us (she's a bit nervous about possibly feeling sea sick). My DD and I are Disney vacation obsessed and when my mother suggested that the 3 of us girls plan a road trip to visit my uncle in South Carolina during one of my DD's school breaks I saw my opportunity to squeeze a DCL trip in

After all, if we're driving 14 hours from Boston to SC, another 8 to Port Canaveral only makes sense, right? Anyway, I'm going to be calling the travel agent tomorrow and will post our room soon as we'd love to get in on the FE group. Haven't decided whether or not to tell my DD or surprise her with the trip.
