I can' find it. Where do IThanks just found it!
Don't call.Does anyone know if there is a rule against redeeming the same offer on two different cards that are on the same account? DW has a card for my AmEx account, but her card has a different number and she has her own log-in for the AmEx website. We both added the Shop Small offer ($10 back on a $10 purchase) to our respective cards, and shopped at two different stores. I got the e-mail from AmEx immediately and had the rebate back on my account within a few days, but she never got an e-mail and has not gotten a rebate.
I will call them about it but just wondering if anyone has experience using offers with two cards on the same account.
Why don't call?Don't call.
Each card can redeem each offer. There may be tricks required to get the offer added to each card.

Because the terms of every offer clearly state "one offer per account." I'd advise against asking them how to get around that rule. Why don't call?
Thank you. The transaction posted on 11/24 and she met the terms as far as I can tell, although the terms do have some stipulations about how and when the merchant processes your transaction which obviously I can't control. I will call AmEx later and see what they say. It was groceries we would have bought anyway, so its not a big loss, but it would be nice to get the $10 credit. No tricks required if you already have two separate logins, one for each card, like the PP indicated they had. The tricks are only needed if you have multiple cards linked to a single login.
DD15 is an authorized user on my account (has her own card but her transactions come on my bill). I setup a separate login for her card. I get offers on both cards, and can apply and redeem them without having to jump through any hoops. Just be aware you may get different offers on each card, they are not always the same.
On some offers I don't always get the email. Give it a couple of days after the charge posts, and if you still don't have the credit, then double check the terms of the offer to ensure you met them (they have in the past excluded certain types of stores even though they showed on the Shop Small map) and contact AmEx.
The "don't call" admonishment is not needed in this case - that is often given on various deal sites since it points out pricing errors or loopholes to the merchant and can shut down a deal. But AmEx knows this is how their system is setup (terms are usually "Limit 1 statement credit per American Express online account"), and allows offers on linked cards as long as they have their own userid. People call all the time about missing credits.
I haven't seen any that say "one offer per account." It says: "Limit 1 statement credit per American Express® Card across all American Express offer channels."Because the terms of every offer clearly state "one offer per account." I'd advise against asking them how to get around that rule.

Does anyone know if you can use the spend $35 at Walmart.com, get $15 back to purchase Walmart e-gift cards? I didn't see it excluded in the terms. There's nothing I need online right now, but it would be nice to have a Walmart gift card to buy groceries at my local Walmart Neighborhood Market.
I thought I read someone who posted something about ordering a vanilla MasterCard from walmart. No idea what that is. But, if you can get a walmart gift card that would be great too!It is not excluded in the terms, similar Walmart offers in the past have allowed it, and I purchased one the other day and got the "you just used your offer!" email. I haven't seen the credit yet because the charge hasn't posted, but all signs point to gift cards working just fine.
