GF Private Dining

Im planning a memories package wedding (well not 100% sure yet) and am wondering if I could have a private dining at the GF terrace for 8-9 people? I've read where they do it for couples but what about a size of 8-9 people?

Are there any private rooms that I should also consider that have low minimums for a small group?

I feel like someone posted here that the max number of people they can have on the balcony at the Grand Floridian is 7, but it's best to call Private Dining directly to confirm. They may have suggestions of other places around the resort (like the Marina!) where you could have your party : 1-407-824-1951

Alternatively, Citricos' Chef's Table is good for groups of 12 or fewer, and the smaller dessert party venues at Epcot (UK Pubside, Bonsai Terrace in Japan) are also great places to have a dinner.

Hmm that could be a bummer I will call and see if they will allow a couple more people. Could I choose to have the dinner at anytime or are they strict about what time the dinner needs to be? If I ended up choosing the Marina or the Summerhouse outdoor locations, could we have a plated meal or only a buffet?

Would I be able to customize a menu at UK Pubside or do I have to use Rose and Crown's menu? And I would be able to wear my dress, right?

Putting my architect hat on...if there's a restriction to a number on a terrace or balcony that's usual from a structural engineer weight load and given they are putting tables and food and drinks that is creating the limit...it won't be increased for safety reasons...
Ring them...

They work with your schedule. The only limitation is if you want the meal to coincide with Wishes.

I have seen plated meals at both locations. The Private Dining contact can let you know what is possible.

Yes! We just did an event there with a mac & cheese bar, plus appetizers based on favorites from the Food & Wine Festival.

At Epcot? Not unless you plan the event through Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings. Outside of the theme parks, yes, you can wear wedding attire anywhere you want.
