The rules for guest passes have changed as of the new year. It used to be that you received 6 days where you could get up to 3 people into the parks. All of the passes were connected. It didn't matter if you brought 1, 2, or 3 guests into the park. All of you guest passes decreased by one day.
However, you now receive 3 one day park hoppers after 150 hours, another 3 one day park hoppers after 300 hours, and another 3 one day park hoppers after 600 hours for a total of 9 one day park hoppers. The new guest passes have less blockout dates. These tickets work like any other ticket in the sense that you scan the ticket at the touch point and place your finger for the finger scan. However, the cast member needs to enter before the guest does at the touch point.
You can divide your guest passes up however you want to. One person can use all of them or they can be split amongst 3 people.
After traditions, the CP will receive their main gate pass for their own entrance. After 150 hours, the CP will receive 3 one day park hopper guest passes. After 300 hours, they will receive 3 more. After 600 hours, they will receive 3 more. While the passes were connected to eachother under the old system, the passes are not under the new system. If visiting after the CP completed 600 hours, one person could visit the parks for 9 days or 3 people can visit for three etc.
