Hi, all! Am trying to help a friend plan her trip in mid-January. Will you please tell me your favorite CS and TS restaurant for each park? TIA!

Edited to add: My friend isn't the most adventurous eater, so she's unlikely to like restaurants like Marakesh. :)

Magic Kingdom:
CS- Pecos Bills and Columbia Harbor House
TS- Liberty Tree Tavern

Epcot:
CS- Sunshine Seasons
TS- Coral Reef

Hollywood Studios
CS- N/A (DHS doesn't have great CS options)
TS- Sci-Fi Dine In

Animal Kingdom
CS- Yak and Yeti
TS- Rainforest Cafe (or, if you can swing it, take the bus over to Animal Kingdom Lodge- Sanaa is amazing and I've also heard great things about Boma and Jiko)

Hope this helped :) A lot of these restaurant picks are for the setting/ambiance, not necessarily the food! That's just what I prefer :teeth:

MK - Sleepy Hollow

AK - Yak & Yeti Food Cafe

DHS - Min & Bill's

Epcot - LA Cantina de San Angel

We prefer our table service meals at resort or downtown restaurants

Yak and yeti qs location in AK and Lotus Blossom or sunshine seasons in EPCOT. i don't usually go to the Magic Kingdom and at the Studios, suffice to say I would not feed that crap to my dogs (they wouldn't eat it anyway).

My son and I are gluten-free and really enjoy characters, relaxation &/or a unique atmosphere at Disney meals, so it's usually table-service for us. Here are my favorites:

Magic Kingdom
TS: Dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table, mainly because of the rarified atmosphere of eating in the castle (food is average). Runner up: Crystal Palace breakfast
CS: Be Our Guest lunch
Nearby resort honorable mentions (all TS): Breakfast at Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary; Ohana's in the Polynesian; Hoop Dee Doo Revue dinner show at Fort Wilderness

Epcot
No favorites yet in the park, but Akershus was a nice princess TS breakfast.
Nearby resort honorable mention: Yachtsman Steakhouse at Yacht Club Resort is excellent signature TS.

Animal Kingdom
TS: Tusker House breakfast
Nearby resort honorable mention: Sanaa at Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani Village, like that it's not too-Americanized Indian food with good view of animals, plus can hang out & view animals before & after the meal. (I don't recommend Sanaa for your "unadventurous friend", though.)

Hollywood Studios
TS: Sci-Fi Diner, we loved the simulated "drive-in" experience and very tasty food!

MK - QS Pecos Bills, don't eat TS there.
Epcot - QS tie between Morocco and England, TS sorry Morocco so not much help there.
HS - Don't do QS there but love Brown Derby
AK - QS Yak and Yedi - don't do TS there

We tend to do most of our TS at Epcot around the world, love all the ones there except for Canada (I know the horror!!!!).

MK-
QS: Columbia House Harbor
TS: Crystal Palace breakfast, Cinderella's Royal Table for lunch/dinner, (dinner service has become phenomenal in the past few years)

EC-
QS: I usually just snack around the world so no help there

Magic Kingdom
QS: Columbia Harbour House

Epcot
QS: Tangierine Cafe & Sunshine Seasons
TS: San Angel Inn... This is a tough choice because there are many good TS in Epcot.

DHS
QS: :rotfl2::laughing::rotfl:... Yea right; Not a single QS works for me. IMO a horrible place for QS.
TS: Mama Melrose... And I'm not overly thrilled with it either. It is an average experience. But in DHS that is golden.

Animal Kingdom

QS: Flame Tree BBQ
TS: Yak & Yeti (lunch) Tusker House (breakfast)

I should say that the only park I will eat a dinner in is at Epcot; otherwise it's breakfast or lunch only. We prefer DTD and the resort restaurants.
