Tonight we return to Hollywood studios at 7 PM. CM stated parking lot was full was asking all entering to go to Epcot park there and take the monorail over.
After entering the park, CM's were directing people with flashlights and red cones the way they do when they park you in the morning. They were allowing all people to enter in One Direction down by light sound and action and exiting out towards the San Francisco landscape area. Shoulder to shoulder in that area, I do remember that area was shoulder to shoulder in years past also. We were probably down there a half hour, DH stayed while we look to see what the wait time was for standby for toy story, 85 minutes, we passed.

We found the cat for the first time. We sang Feliz Navidad. Enjoyed Florida snow, love it so much more than Illinois snow!

We did ride rock and rolling coaster with a magical FP.

Going to MVMCP tomorrow hoping the crowds drop down.

Thanks for the report. How would you take the monorail? To TTC then bus?

Yeah they traffic flow can be tricky when it's crowded. We have learned to head toward Toy Story Mania and enter the area thru the back way, past the area where the Monsters Inc M&G is. Saves you from being herded around the long way.

Sounds like you had a great night!

we will be there day after Christmas, gonna miss the Osbourne Lights, always amazes me

They might not let you in via other end right now. They are really restricting the flow due to the crowd levels.

The calendar is showing them as running through January 3rd, and it seems like they have often been running as late as the beginning of Marathon weekend, depending on how it falls.

I hope you get to go after all.

I suspect the OP just meant "boat" instead of "monorail."

If you are parking at Epcot, that would require admission and walking through the park to get to the International Gateway to get the boat. Either they had to have direct busses from the front of Epcot to DHS or at the TTC.

They were indeed enforcing the one way in the first week in November. It was crazy crowded, very glad that we booked the dessert party.

It was bittersweet to realize it was the last time, i took several videos this trip that will help me remember how very special this event was.

OP back. The CM did say monorail and I thought how? But we were rebels, no one was behing us and there was an end parking spot open so we parked in it. Bad bad kids we were.
