Hmmm... by park, and of course only based on what we did, my favorites:

MK: Splash Mountain
HS: TSMM
AK: Kali, hands down!
EP: We only did two rides here, Figment and Test Track, so... really hard to say. I really enjoyed Test Track - the kids did NOT. lol

This a hard one!

Probably Peter Pan's Flight followed by WEDWAY/People Mover then Tower of Terror and Toy Story Mania.
