We finally got around to turning our screen door into a "storm" door. Now we (BAILEY pup) can look out in all weather.

Also got an Ultra Breeze roof vent cover for the Fantastic fan.

Tell us about your endeavors.

Last year before our disney trip I added a magnetic knife holder. This year wanted to storm door also, but the dogs didn't travel with us, and now it is time to once again winterize.

Well after deciding to travel to the Fort this year, I have had to work on the trailer some. I replaced the 7 connector plug, ground down in last years Disney trip. It was fixed but was a temporary thing. So new cord on today. I installed the window film to the doors, insulated around the doors. We had light shining through from the factory. Now it is all fixed. Thinking of changing the area over the door, cheesy vinyl to a real wood trim, maybe a musket mickey design ?? Weather is near 70 so off i go to do more work on the trailer and tow vehicle.

Well it is not a mod to the trailer, but today I changed the drain plug in the tow vehicle with a Fumoto valve. It is a locking quarter turn ball valve in place of the drain plug. Now oil changes are quick and easy to do. They make this valve for all types of vehicles and I will be installing one on my car also. Just so easy.:yay:

What is this "Window Film" you speak of? Is it just for "Winterizing" or something else?

It is just the normal window film purchased at lowes or home depot, and applied to the trailer door to make it a storm door for the winter travel months. The kind that one uses in an older house to stop drafts. We will be traveling in feb, so this way we can have the doors open and not loose a ton of heat. Even just our normal in and out loading of the trailer it will help keep it warmer by covering the screen section of the doors.

Well, now I need to sand it all up and stain it. It will then replace the vinyl above the inside of the trailer door.

Nice! The "Tease" picture kind of lead me to believe it was more of a larger Plaque or Sign.

Looks like it was a long time on the scroll saw! :)

About five hours worth of cutting time. Of course you don't want to mess up either and have to start over.

So I have a new over door decoration.

Just some scrap wood turned into a toilet paper holder.DSCN2974.JPG
And the bathroom upgrade is done. Nice having a toilet paper holder that won't fall off the wall.

I am liking what I am seeing on here, but, alas, I have made no changes to my rig as of yet.

I like to leave things in their natural state. Until my wife tells me I HAVE to brush my hair.
