DD and I now require wheels. Have Scooter that rides both on seat. Not ideal. Need ideas to add small seat in front for daughter. Live near WDW so eager to get back, but need 2nd position for her to alternate to for maximum comfort. Sad, my muscle wasting disease has progressed to this point. We can both walk some. Blessed Thanksgiving to all.

Chances are that you will be stopped from using a 2 person ECV in WDW. Their information indicates that they consider ECVs to be single passenger (I know this is contrary to what is seen in the parks itch people having their children on loss, studying in front of ECV, etc).

I believe Disney's policy also states that ECVs can't have anything attached that they push or pull. The wording is something like:
  • Any trailer-like object that is pushed or towed by an ECV, wheelchair or stroller

It would be very unsafe for your daughter to be in a seat on the front of your ECV. People cut in front of ECV's constantly and she would essentially become the bumper of the ECV. Plus it would add weight to the front of the ECV, potentially making it less stable and more likely to tip over during turns out when you stood up off the vehicle.

If you both truly need wheels and your daughter is too young for her own motored mobility device (which I'm assuming she is) then you will need a helper to come with you to push your daughter in her manual mobility device.

i've seen some ecv's locally with a trailer on the back. You'd need to check with disney if this is allowed but it sounds like you may own your own, check with the company that makes them to see if they offer something that would help in this situation but still be safe to use in disney.

Disney doesn't allow anything you pull behind you.

yes this is true I have seen someone in a scooter that was holding on to another scooter and the CM said that was not allowed and made then stop the Guest holding on looked really uncomptable too at first I thought the battery was dead

ECVs are for ONE passenger, period. Disney would never permit you to ride double or to have any add on item(wagon, etc) in the parks at all, not even a personal one.
