They should do a soft open before ADRs get offered and have all walk-up seating, right? Anyone have experience with this in the past?

Those pictures aren't showing up for me. I did see the video of some ceiling fan type thing though.

Yes, we did a soft opening of Be Our Guest a couple of years back. No warning though, we saw people there and went up and asked, then made a reservation.
