Lets Go stroller rental company

Has anyone used them? Right now they are only charging 40$ for 5 days for a City Mini Double. I can't find any reviews, and 40$ seems like a to-good-to-be-true sort of thing.
 
Watching cause the price I got quoted for a single for 7 days is fantastic, but no info on this forum about them.
 
I went ahead and booked it. i figure if it works out then great! if not I'm only out 40$ and I can always rent from either Orlando stroller rentals or magic rentals. So far I've gotten 2 emails going over the times and place of drop off/pickup.
 
I'm going to go ahead and book too, way to good of a deal for my single stroller not to. When you go to their homepage and click on their Facebook link it takes you to a company called "Florida mobility rentals". Which when researching that company on this board people seem to love them. So my guess is this is a new branch of the other company and they are running these crazy good promotions and throwing in free insurance.
 
I just booked them as well - the price for an 8 day double stroller was crazy cheap! My FIL may need a scooter as well and they told me they could provide a 10% discount on the cost of that rental. I spoke with Brandi, she was awesome.
 
I just booked as well. That is a great deal. I debated whether to bring mine from home or to get one there and this is a much easier option
 
I would rent from them but they don't have the Double CitiMini GT only the regular one. Thinking about it because it is a big savings so I am wavering.
 


do they drop off and pick up from bell services? Or do you have to be there to pick up and drop off? That's the deal breaker for me. The price is great and better than other stroller rental prices I've seen. I'm just wondering if there is a catch!

This is what was in my email confirmation "I have made a note to be left at guest services for delivery. Our driver will still call to let you know it'll be waiting there for you."
 
I made my reservation and they told me that I have to meet with the driver for pickup and delivery

That seems silly...Did you talk to them? If you made your reservation online your contract should be the same as mine? You should call and just tell them you can't be there, it should be fine
 
I also spoke with them and they said they have to meet with someone for delivery and pickup. They were very flexible with times so it was not a problem for us but they did say they cannot leave it with guest services.

Are you staying at a Disney Resort?? She made the comment because I was staying at a Disney Resort they had to meet with me
 
Only a handful of stroller companies have a deal with WDW where they will drop off and pick up strollers with guest services. You will physically have to take and give back the stroller.
 
Thank you for this! I made my reservation today for literally half of the price I had previously found!
 
Let's Go strollers just came through for me when Apple stroller overbooked. I highly recommend avoiding Apple strollers, they didn't even inform me they overbooked and I got a confirmation number and everything when I booked! I just happened to call to confirm hours before heading to Disney to find out hey indeed would not have a stroller for me. Plus lots of horror reviews on them. I am headed to Disney now so I have yet to see the actual stroller from Let's Go but their customer service has been WONDERFUL with helping me out last minute.
