Proof of FL residency question

Late night second guessing myself. We are seasonal FL residents and will be purchasing FL resident annual passes.
The site says this about proving residency:

Florida Resident Tickets:
Proof of a Florida residential address is required. For each ticket purchased for an adult, you may provide any of the following:

Valid FL license
Valid FL ID (must show FL address )
Valid FL Military ID

If you do not have one of the IDs indicated above, then for each adult ticket purchased you must provide one of the following, dated within the past two (2) months evidencing a Florida residential address together with a corresponding picture ID (passport, driver's license, state identification card):

Proof of Current Mortgage
Monthly mortgage statement not older than two (2) months old
Deeds, Mortgage Contracts, Mortgage Payment Booklets and leases are not accepted.
Photocopies and fax copies are not accepted.

Bills, Policies or Registration
Current homeowner's insurance policy or bill
Current automobile registration, insurance policy or bill
Current Utility bill (Power / Phone / Cable / Water)
Bills can be no more than two (2) months old (PO Boxes are not accepted as proof of residency).
Current bills printed from electronic versions are accepted.
Photocopies and fax copies are not accepted.

Mail
Mail from financial institutions; including checking, savings or investment account statements
Mail from Federal, State, County or City government agencies
Mail can be no more than two (2) months old (PO Boxes are not accepted as proof of residency)
Photocopies and fax copies are not accepted.

It's a 2 hour drive from our condo to Disney. I want to be sure I'm bringing the right stuff!
For each person, we will bring
1) our drivers licenses (not Florida, since we are seasonal) and because of that, we will also bring
2) a bank statement with our Florida address on it. Our bank is North Carolina State Employees Credit Union, think that'll be an issue? Our checks and statements all have the FL address.

My worry is that I'm reading it wrong. Are they listing them as categories? Do I need to show one proof from EACH category? As in- a mortgage, a bill AND some mail? Or is my nc license with my bank statement with FL address enough? It looked to me like I just needed one of any of them, but now I'm up late worrying that I'm reading it wrong and I need one of each (total of three documents).
My concern is that I don't have a mortgage. We rent. So I don't have one from each category.

What's your opinion? Do you think I need one each- a mortgage, a bill and a piece of mail, or just one of any of them?

I don't know the answer but in cases like this, I bring everything I can so the chance of them saying "sorry, we can't take that" is minimal.

If you have an electric or other utility bill with your Florida address, that would be a good idea, just to help clarify any issue.

This may be too late for you, but I was just at the DS guest relations desk today and successfully presented my bank statement with FL address as proof of residency. Just make sure the address is indicated for each of you- my husband's name was listed at the bottom as a joint owner, not at the top with the address, and they wouldn't accept it for him.

As long as you have at least one of those items for each person it should be enough. You just need to prove your a resident, I do not think you will need one of all of those things.
