Grrrrr.....new DCL website issues

I actually quite like the new format of the DCL website. However, I've been trying to log into my existing reservation all day and keep getting the same darn error message. Anyone else having problems accessing their ressies at the moment?

Part of the issue today is it's the first day that the 2017 itineraries are available to the general public. The DCL website is very busy.

Maybe try a different device, too? My iPad hated the Disney site today (although it hates most sites since I upgraded.). My laptop did okay. And ironically my iPhone did the best. That's how I updated my bookings today. GL!

I did try logging in through the castaway club membership, but when I clicked on my upcoming cruise the page gave me the same error message :/

I had the same experience last night trying to log into my Castaway Club, Bcwife76. I tried it several times but could not log in. I could log into the Dcl site, just not CC. And strangely, when I was trying to book/save a cruise, the site kept giving me error messages when I got to the page to enter names, etc. Weird…..

When we get a new upgrade of software at work we have to clear our browser cache (not just cookies) in order to run the new version. Google your browser name and cache to see how to do it ( a few simple clicks once you know where to go)...might help...won't hurt - good luck

I have not been able to log on without getting into the loop you were talking about. On the home page, I can sign in but when I try to go to a reservation, it knocks me off. I called and they recommended I switch from Safari to Goggle Chrome where if works better.

I had the same thing, Little Doe. I had to call because I had an onboard credit of over $500 that should have reverted back to my Disney Vacation Account. They said Safari (my personal choice) was not quite working completely yet. Had to download Firefox on my iMac to be able to get into my Castaway Club account and see my cruises, etc. Bleh….

I've finally been able to log into my reservation - I was able to do so successfully on our tablet and my phone but my chromebook was the one that kept giving me an error message. Cleared my cookies, rebooted and now it's fine :)

Well I tried to log on last night and failed in the same way others have. I've been using a tablet and Chrome as a browser. Kind of annoying because I do have some reservation info I need to update...

I tried to do my Online check-in last night at midnight, and get my Palo reservations. Lots of issues. Took 50 minutes, re-booting, clearing cache and cookies, and trying two browsers and my phone. Finally got it.

Other than the beautiful picture of CC I thoroughly dislike the website. I find it time consuming and difficult to use

Same here. I don't care much what the site looks like though. All I want is to be able to select a specific cabin other than from the 8 they show, and I want to be able to access my reservations and make my port adventure and adult dining bookings quickly and without any glitches. When it isn't fully functional and efficient, the new site scores a zero out of ten for me. :(

I only hope Disney is working to FIX the new site and not sitting there thinking "Oh, look at the pretty new site we have now!" But somehow, I wouldn't bet on it!
