Room only cancellation ?

We are supposed to stay at the BWI starting this Sunday. I just read several reports of loud drilling and construction. We are planning several days at the resort during the day.
I have been dealing with some pretty stressful things in my life and just do not want to deal with this on vacation.
Tomorrow is the 5 day mark. I am going to call tomorrow and ask if we can move resorts. Online shows BC available. Now we booked with the fall discount so I don't know if they will let us switch at no cost.
If not, I am thinking of cancelling completely and booking the swan or Waldorf.
I already have magic bands with tickets linked and tickets to MNSSHP linked.
How would cancelling affect those tickets and bands?

I can still get the swan or Waldorf. I need to make a decision today.
Any advice?
I tried calling but they have not called me back yet.
Today is my cancellation deadline.

There is hardly any construction going on at BWI unless you mean the villas.

I'm booked at the Inn. But some people said they could hear loud drilling and the building vibrating. I would love that not to be true.

Building vibrating? Me thinks some people exaggerate (hard to believe I know)

Don't think that will happen. But if you are uncomfortable call and see if they will move you. Keep in mind the call center doesn't always know what construction is where. You might lose your discount. What makes you happy is really the question you need to answer . Good luck.
