Does Disney send you out an Itinerary for what to wear and do each day? I haven't seen anything about that concerning formal wear. Just pirate night. I was planning on bringing princess dresses for my little 5 year old just because. Not sure about my 13 and 9 year olds though. Where can I find all that info? I don't want to miss a thing. :)

We want in on the FE for sure!! The Ice Cream Social sounds fun, sign us up. Hoping there aren't Disney activities scheduled at the same time, will have to see how it all plays out. Possibly the Mixology... Not sure about that one. No thank you on the Cabin Crawl... Will be crawling into the pool most likely. :)
Thanks for putting all of this together. Most excited about the FE. That's just too cute. Kind of a Secret Santa on a ship. I love it!!

You have been added to the list. If you could let me know when you decide on the mixology, that would be great. At about 1 month out, I have to coordinate the mixology with our on board activity specialist.

Post 598 (just a few back) has the dinner schedule (as we know it for right now). It has 2 different nights listed that would be formal. One actually says formal, the other says Captains Night, which is the Captain's gala.
The link that is quoted in your reply (post #595) is a link to Disney's what to pack list. Also, if you go and log into your reservation (which you need to do anyway to do the online check in and select your port arrival time) there are several links that have a plethora of helpful information. It will give you more detailed info about what there is to do on board, and what activities are available to book ahead of time. They even have a place to schedule a character call, and to download the app you can use while on board.
In the app while on board, and in paper form (delivered to your room nightly), you will receive the Navigator. The Navigator is your daily planner basically. It will break all activities for all age groups down in to an hourly activity guide, so you don't miss a thing. You can google Disney Cruise Navigator, and take a peak at one from previous cruises. I also have one from a previous Galveston sailing posted in this thread closer to the beginning of the conversation.

Just a quick announcement.

We are closing the FE and finalizing the spread sheet to give all participants the opportunity to get their FE's organized and made.
If you are in a cabin with a cabin # listed as TBD, please forward your cabin number as soon as you get it. Other wise, no one will know where to deliver your goodies!

I haven't logged on to that yet. I haven't actually gotten that far as to start shopping for this cruise since I just booked it a few days ago. I was thinking about making matching mickey pajamas for all our kids. I guess they can't wear those to dinner and I better start thinking out of the box. (still making those jammies! LOL)
Thanks for the info. You're awesome!!

Thanks much!
It's a labor of Love!

The jammies will be great for the pajama party they throw in the kids areas.
If you are crafty, I posted a Mickey applique pattern (has the Mickey head and the pirate bandanna) earlier in the thread. It is a very quick and easy project. I can hunt it down if you would like.

OMG..... :headache: I just realized, that I got so busy with school, and office work today along with keeping up with conversations that I forgot to do any searching for you today. Let me know what is priority in the Houston / Galveston, transportation / hotel search and I will see what I can find. I am sorry.

Would love to see the applique pattern. Please send to me. :) Is it machine embroidery? I have an embroidery machine. I'm planning on designing some things for the cruise if I find the time. I designed a quick Minnie for a birthday girl years ago.. Might have to embroider that one on a thing or 2. If you have an embroidery machine, I am happy to share what I design. Just let me know your format for your machine.
On a side note... I just bought two evening dresses at the mall tonight for my girls. One step closer to being ready. Woo Hoo!

OK... I just got an email from Disney. This is what it said about Dress code:

On 7-night cruises:
  • First night is cruise casual—no swimwear or tank tops
  • One pirate or other themed night (deck party)
  • 3 additional cruise casual nights—no swimwear or tank tops
  • One formal and one semi-formal night—two great opportunities to dress-up and take advantage of the onboard photography services. Though optional, we recommend for men: dress pants with a jacket or a suit; for women: a dress or pantsuit.

Dress code at Palo:

  • Men: Dress pants and dress shirt (a jacket is optional)
  • Women: Dress or pantsuit
  • No jeans, shorts, capri pants, flip-flops or tennis shoes
Dress code at Remy:

  • Men: Dress pants with jacket (sports or suit jacket) is required—ties are optional.
  • Women: A dress, cocktail dress, pantsuit or skirt/blouse is required
  • No jeans, shorts, capri pants, flip-flops or tennis shoes
Guests that prefer more formal attire on the optional dress-up evenings are invited to pre-order tailored formalwear rentals and have it delivered directly to your stateroom upon arrival. To learn more, visit Cruiseline Formalwear.

Oh no!! I got the fish extender spreadsheet. Our cabin # is wrong on the sheet. Can you amend it and re-send?

I made the corrections. You should be able to pull up the spreadsheet and see the fixes.
This brings up a reality, that I am indeed human and make mistakes (probably more than I like to let on) :headache:.
So if everyone could please take a look at the spreadsheet, and make sure I have all your info correct, I would appreciate it.
Thanks,

Here you go, this is the site that I got my design from. I was just going to send you the pirate one, but she has so many cute designs that she is sharing for FREE, I thought you may be interested in seeing them all.

Thank you Tink. :) Love it!! Can't wait to start sewing some fun stuff for this cruise!! So many ideas, so little time.

BTW thank you for updating our cabin number for the FE. Appreciate it my friend. :)

I know it's getting close to sail date, but any interest in an ornament exchange in addition to FE? 1 ornament per room

I'm seeing room #80544, did the Wonder become a high rise? :teeth:
I think I was sleep editing last night, :cloud9: and was dreaming of a MEGA Disney ship :teeth:.
Then I woke up and had to drift down to reality to fix the entries of my Rouge fingers!
But could you imagine. .....

It wouldn't hurt to ask everyone?
So what does everyone think? Any takers?

I will also include you in the group meets message on the PM. That is linked to just about everyone. You can post your idea there , and see if anyone wants to sign up.
