Does anyone know of any Evc companies that delivers to WDW parks?

Most of the Orlando vendors will deliver to the theme parks and the WDW Resorts.

If you want to have an ECV dropped off and waiting for your arrival at a WDW Resort, your best bet is to use a vendor from the Disney Featured Provider list, found at the bottom of this page.

I thought they'd only deliver to a park if they were replacing a faulty one! The hirer I use only delivers to resorts.

I've never heard of a park delivery for a scooter from an outside vendor. The norm is either you pick one up at a vendor or they will drop off at most resorts, but not all resorts. I'm not sure they would deliver to a rental home, either.

Actually, the first time I rented an ECV from an outside vendor, we were in the parks, and there were no park rentals available.

After a quick search on my phone, I called, and we met the vendor at the front of the park.

It was a "slower" time of the year (back then... now I'm not so sure there is such a thing) but the vendor did not hesitate at all in bringing the ECV directly to the park, and then confirming arrangements for drop off when we flew out.

So it has happened in the past. Would they do it today? I truthfully don't know, and I now have my own scooter, so I will likely never find out.

Based on different feedback, here I would call and check with an individual outside vendor as to whether or not they are willing to deliver at the parks.

You might try Scootarama, I think they might.

I could really do with having the scooter delivered to MK, to be honest. We have a breakfast ADR at BoG at 8.15am and I'm very worried that they can't deliver in time for me to then get onto a bus from OKW to MK and still be on time. If I could meet them at the bus stops at 7.45am then that would be brilliant. However, I can't see it happening. I can ask in a couple of weeks when they ring me to take the balancing payment (only 29 days until we fly now).

If anyone finds an outside vendor that will deliver to the parks I'd love to know. Otherwise we'll have to rent one & disassemble it to fit in the trunk everyday. I did find a company that said theirs breaks down easily into 4 pieces. Still worries me that we won't be able to put it back together though.

apple delivered to epcot american section for us when we were having issues with the scooter. Don't know about just delivering one though.

I've just had a webchat with my people (Florida Mobility) and she said that Disney don't allow it. It's a security point as much as anything else. Swapping out a faulty one is another matter.

Don't worry - it's virtually impossible to put them back together wrong, so don't panic. I find it harder to get the seat off in the first place than putting it back together again afterwards. If in doubt, most of these companies actually have a little video link somewhere on their site where they show you how to dismantle and put back together again. Plus the guy delivering the scooter should make sure you know how to use it etc before he goes off and leaves you to it.

Finally, from the way I read your post, you're suggesting that you have a new scooter delivered every day rather than transport it to and from your resort. Apart from the fact that they won't deliver to the parks any more, I don't think you can hire for a week one day at a time anyway. It would cost you a lot more even if they were prepared to do that. Not to mention the amount of time you'd waste sitting around for it to be delivered and then collected again at the end of the day (which is usually 6pm, and what would you do after that time?).

What a relief!! I was really worried about taking it apart & reassembling it but now I feels lots better - thank you!! We're planning on just renting one for the week & transporting it to & from the parks in the trunk. It might be a bit more challenging for us but it sure is cheaper than renting one from the park each day. Thanks again for all the advice!!
