Anyone ever have this issue with Ebates?

It seems everytime I make a purchase going through Ebates they never credit me my cash back. When I first started it only took a couple days. Now I have to submit a ticket after waiting weeks for it to get credited.

A couple weeks ago I ordered a Disneyland parkhopper from Orbitz and went through Ebates for the cash back. Yesterday I submitted a ticket because as usual I was not credited my cash back. I copied and pasted the entire email I got from Orbitz when I purchase. Today I got an email asking for everything I had already sent them.

What the heck? Did they not look at the information I sent?

I have had this happen to me before a couple of times. I'm not sure why they ask for the email again but the problem gets resolved shortly after. Bummer your purchases aren't being recognized. Have you inquired about that yet? I'd say about 90% of my purchases are tracked.

I have consistently had trouble with ebates and orbitz. I currently have a ticket open with them for a hotel stay that they owe me about 45-50$ for. Kohl's seems to be another store they have issue with tracking, but they correct that one as soon as you email them. Other than that, I"ve had good luck,

I've been having this issue as well.. And admittedly haven't been tracking it as well as I should.

Is there any way to go back in ebates history and see what the %cash back for a site was on the day you purchased? Sometimes I keep the emails, but other times I just went to ebates site and don't have any proof of what the % should be. There have been a few times when what they credited me wasn't what I thought it should have been, but have no way to check that.

I have terrible luck with Ebates. I have to submit tickets on MOST of the things that I purchase through them. I am always shocked on the rare occasion that a purchase rebate shows up on its own. Sometimes I wonder if it's worth the hassle.

I've quit using Ebates cash back service. I have had $0.98 pending for over 2 months. Granted that isn't a big amount or really important at all to me. I've also had people sign up using my referral link and make purchases and not been credited for that either. Since the cash back is just a bonus i decided to move on to a different service. Now I try to use swagbucks for everything instead. It's easier since i use swagbucks anyway to have everything in one place even though the cash back percentage is usually lower.

I have more trouble with Swagbucks not crediting than I do with Ebates. Weird.

The only time I had trouble with Ebates was when I had an adblocker on my computer. I removed it and it's running smoothly. Anything that doesn't go through they manually credit when I request it.

I have accounts with both ebates.com and ebates.ca. I have never had issues with .com but the Canadian site is a PITA. Every single Amazon order I have to chase them down for credit, but yet I made a purchase over Zulily yesterday and my account was credited in less than 24 hours. Frustrating.

I think it depends on the site you're buying from. They have to report back to ebates and some don't do it as fast as others. Also, if it is a hotel or travel site, they don't report the purchase until the trip is complete. I just used the site to link to Verizon Wireless to start up a plan and order phones, which I was going to do regardless, and two days later (as soon as my order shipped) I had an email stating how much of a rebate I was getting back. I love using them to shop.
