**Dis Weight Loss Group - Sept 15 Week 4**

Morning all

Hope you are all doing really well, I fell off the dieting wagon so badly that I fell outside of my target zone last week and feel as though Ive lost my way.

I know its down to the fact that I am STILL waiting for my MRI results can you believe!! My doctor phoned the hospital last week and they said they have a back log still working through from August and it could be another 2 weeks yet before my results are ready! I keep thinking that no news is good news and surely if there was anything bad to be seen they would never wait 5 waits before telling me...would they?

Anyway I am trying hard to get back on track this week and hopefully shed those extra pounds that I have gained.

I'm sorry to hear that! I can't believe this countries health service sometimes... it can be so sloooooow. I hope you got your results soon and my fingers are still crossed for good news.

Don't worry about the gain. Don't forget our weight does fluctuate naturally so it will go down and up. I'm sure you still look fab and as long as your feel good, that's good!

I think you are right Sue, the NHS are usually quicker with bad news.

I'm still not focussed. Staying the same by pure luck.
