2016 Bounceback Offers

Thank you for clarifying the Bounce Back offers. When I was there 2 weeks ago I was disappointed it was only the Free Dining (I want Room Only Deluxe) and thought it was the only offer I would see for next year.

I am going again 9/28 and presume it will still be the FD offer but hopefully if I'm able to go first week in December (iffy), maybe it will be a Room Only promo for Deluxe.

At least I feel there's hope. I had no idea there might be 2 separate offers. Thank you for mentioning.

Are the same people going with you on both trips? Each adult on your November trip can book a bounceback room. But only 1 room each & that person must remain the lead in that room ( & must be present on the bounceback trip). You can't book several rooms in your name & get the bounceback rate. So if you want 6 rooms in April & you must have 6 adults going on both trips. Also be aware that there is a deposit due at booking-- 1 night's rate for a room only reservation & $200 for a package. Again, each bounceback will be a separate reservation requiring a separate deposit.

Last year, the bounceback in September was for FD late Aug - Sept 2015 or room discount for select dates in 2015. We were looking for a room discount and the blackout dates were pretty extensive for the room discount offer. I'm pretty sure you will see a 2016 room discount offer during one of your two trips, but the issue will be the blackout dates.

We just got back stayed at All Star Music and we liked it there ok. Little more laid back from PoP but I liked it. We did book a bounce back for next year at Caribbean beach it was cheaper than staying at the All Star resorts again. We got Free Dinning and Preferred Room that will sleep 5. We will take my almost 5 year old grandson, Son and future daughter in-law waiting for an engagement any time. My grandson and future daughter-in-law have never been I'm soooo excited.

Our trip is October 30-November 4. Is it possible that I'll have my choice of either Free Dining or a room-only discount for 2016 (two different offers with two different black-outs, obviously)?

The free dining bounceback is book able until Oct 31, so yes, there should be two offers available.

We got the FD offer last week and booked POR for next September. The total is marginally more than we paid this year with fd so I am a bit confused.

Resort rooms increase each year, and if you were staying on a bounceback this year, you did not have to buy hoppers or WP&M like you do for next year.

So I've never done a bounce back and I'm a little confused. I'll be going in May 2016. Would I be able to book a bounce back for March 2017 or are they only for the fall?

I don't know when it switches but we went in June 2015 and the bounceback only included up to Dec 2015. So if you go in May 2016, it is most likely that the offer would only go to Dec 2016

Thanks for the info! I was originally thinking of going back in December, so I may end up booking for then if it's available. If I book December but decide I'd rather change to March once those dates are available is that possible?

You can only switch your bounce back reservation to dates that were included in the original offer. So if you go in May of 2016 you will be limited to 2016 bounce back dates.

Am here right now and just called x8844 to ask about BB offers. I was told it's FD in Sept 2016. No room only discount. There are only 3 of us, so FD isn't worth it.

I was just at WDW and booked a free dining bounceback for 2016. We chose Art of Animation Nemo Suites for our return trip. When I look at the reservation now, I see we have the regular dining plan rather than the quick service plan. Any idea why? Is the bounceback offer different from the regular free dining offer? I always understood that value resort stays received the quick service plan unless paying for an upgrade to regular. I'm afraid this was a mistake and so I hesitate to call for clarification for fear we'll lose the regular dining and be stuck with quick service instead.

So I've read the FD BB offer is out for 2016, but no RO? Do those usually come out at a later date? And are they usually for the same dates as the FD offer?

Price out your room and tickets (no dining plan) on the site and see if the price matches. If it doesn't, then they upgraded the dining.

We are headed down November 11 and hoping to book a bouceback room only for March/April 2016. If there is a room only discount offered do you need to purchase park tickets to take advantage? We have annual passes so we wouldn't be. Thank you!
