Just bad service is all. Sometimes you get really good service, sometimes it's ok, and someone's it's bad, but I guess we got stuck with the worst this time. To point out a few things, Room was dirty when we got in, squashed grapes and lots of black hair. I'm not one to complain about stuff like that, I just clean it up my self. We have 5 in a room but go three towels everyday, even after requesting 5. Room is very dusty, I wrote the word dust in it where the TV sits. I know, all things that can be corrected, and seem mininimul, but I shouldn't have to call and say my room is dusty. Today we were at the park most of the day and came back to a room that was never serviced. My wife did call and complain about that, but now what do we do? Walk another mile to sit in the food court while they service the room? I know, I know, minor stuff, but kind of frustrating.

Yikes! I'd be frustrated too. I hope your wife's call will help. Enjoy the rest of your trip!! :)

We have been here since 8/28 and mousekeeping has been great. We had a great housekeeper, Katrina, she was here until yesterday and then went on vacation.

Well the time has finally come for this ::MickeyMo and ::MinnieMo to go on our "honeymoon" 25 years later! Thanks to all who have posted info on this thread and shared your knowledge of the resort. I hope it is as great as it seems to be. I hope everyone has a great time while your there and for those of you counting down like we did..... Well good luck! I hope it goes by as fast for you as it did us! Man is this going to be weird without the kids...............

Safe travels everyone!

I have always made final payment online

If you try to pay on your due date however, you can only use one giftcard online. So if you are planning on using more than one be sure to put them in before your due date or you will have to call.

We've celebrated our last 2 anniversaries without our boys. Took them the first 14 times, now one is in the Army and the other in college. We'll be down in 8 days to celebrate our 27th Anniversary. I have been packed for almost 3 weeks.

Congrats on 27!! Yep we have been away for 1 night without the kids (4) during the last 25+ yrs and believe it or not there are a lot of people telling us we're selfish for not bringing our daughter (11) since she is the only one left in the house and LOVES Disney. Lol. Oh well, where you have been packed for 3 weeks somebody I know still has to pack yet this morning before we leave out tonight:eek:

Three weeks from today and I will be at CBR. Now is when I start to panic and rethink my plans. I had requested Barbados, prior to hearing about the bridge closing. I figured I would be more likely to have that request honored. Now I'm a little worried that we will end up on the other side of the lake. Not a huge issue, but I'm rethinking our arrival day. I had planned to hang out by the main pool, and we have dinner reservations at Shutter's. If I may have to take a bus anyways, should I just try for an ADR in a park that night and skip the main pool. Not feeling the whole "hop a bus in your swimsuit" thing. Guess I will play with my ADR's after work tonight.

According to reports, it looks like smaller shuttles are being used from Aruba and Jamaica to transport people to OPR. As for being in a swimsuit, I have a coverup, so that wouldn't be an issue for me.

Quick question I am going to CBR August 19th next year! I saw that in the food court that there are toasters, are these for all guests to use? For example if we made a Garden Grocer order with bagels on could we use those toasters? TIA x

Yes, go ahead and use the toasters! :)

I believe this has been discussed but i cant find it. There is a website you can go to to combine all your smaller gift cards into 1 bigger one so using a gift card to pay on your charges isnt so crazy. Can someine tell me the name of this website please. And Thank you
