I booked the 9:00 am Parisian breakfast. What happens when it is over? Can we roam around an empty world showcase? I am trying to figure out my FP. Sorry if it has already been asked and answered. TIA

If it's like last year ... before the breakfast the WS will be roped at the bridge just after the international gateway (before France). A few minutes before 9 AM they'll drop the rope and allow people to walk to Chefs to check-in and get seated for the breakfast.
After the breakfast they keep the WS roped at France and near Mexico until 11 AM ... so basically you can only wander a small front portion of WS from France to ~ Mexico

I thought it was closed between France and Norway.
I didn't ask the original question, but I also booked the Parisian breakfast - this is great info, thanks! So after the breakfast, we can wander from France to near Mexico? Wow! I will probably stay near France, though - I'm envisioning watching the first showing of Impressions de France with a belly full of French goodness, then walking back to the YC to meet my friend checking in... and maybe taking a pool break! I'll be there 3 weeks from today, I'm so excited!!!
I'm doing the Parisian breakfast again this year ... it's a great event! No guarantees but last year they were doing unlimited mimosas at my meal. I'd definitely recommend folks plan to take a bit of a nap or break afterwards. You can eat a lot good HEAVY food that can make you tired. This year I scheduled a Soarin FP for my group after we're done breakfast, and then I'm heading back to my resort to relax. I've got Party for the Senses that same night
I'm so confused. I'm staying at Yacht Club. We have Garden Grill breakfast reservations for 9AM and then are proceeding to pick up our F&W Festival Sampler Package things afterwards. Can I walk through back entrance all the way to Garden Grill or is it blocked till 11AM?
You'll be fine. As you enter via the international gateway 'back' entrance you'll take a left and head towards the UK Pavillion. You'll probably notice that things may be roped off if you head in the wrong direction towards the right. You'll be able to walk past the UK and Canada and head into Future World and The Land for your breakfast.
Garden Grill (located in The Land pavilion) and the Festival Center (where you pick up your Sampler Package credentials) are both located in Future World. You will be able to walk in through the International Gateway entrance for your 9:00 ADR and proceed through England, Canada and into Future World for your breakfast and on to the Festival Center. Make certain you have your ID and ADR confirmation number with you or you will not be allowed to enter through the International Gateway. And make certain to get to the entrance a little early because there will be lots of people trying to do what you are.I'm so confused. I'm staying at Yacht Club. The following day Epcot has EMH's. I have no breakfast reservation. Will I not be able to walk through WS to get to Future World in order to go on rides early or they don't block it on EMH days?
I didn't word the question correctly.
I know what's included and I am not questioning if it's worth it to go. If I could get reserved seating I know for sure we'd book it. I'm questioning is the GA (no reserved seating). In reading the early comments thus far (I haven't gotten too far through the thread yet) most seem to say it's great with reserved seating. So does not having reserved seating change the opinion on going?

Yes. At least for me. There are certainly many things I haven't tried but that is because 1) after seeing them up close, I didn't want them . . . just personal taste and 2) I was full and 3) I was really full and then more full . . . Unless you have a bottomless tummy, all that rich, heavy goodness starts to be a problem. I'd suggest prioritizing according to 1) must haves 2) interested in trying and 3) possibles. If you knock out 99% of your must haves and 75% of your interests, then you have done well.Does anyone remember when menu prices for the food booths became available last year?
Also, if you spend a couple of days at the festival, do you usually get to sample everything you'd hoped to, or do you walk away wishing you'd had time to try more dishes? Thanks!
That's really good advice. Thank you.Yes. At least for me.
