Morning all:wave:

Hope everyone is well.

Well here we are in September, the summer is almost over, the kids have gone back to school, and now we are in the run up to Christmas:santa::rotfl2:

I can not believe how fast this year is going by.:car:

Some great losses last week, I went to Slimming last night, my last one in my current class before it closes down for good, which is a real shame. I have made so many friends there and there are a lot of them who can not make other class times close to us, so it will be the last time I see them, which I am gutted about:sad2:.

Anyway onwards and upwards, I stayed the same at target weight which Im really pleased about. I really dont have to weigh in now apart from every 8 weeks as target member however that would never work for me, so Ive joined a new group starting next Tuesday:thumbsup2

Oh and my kitchen is all done and its wonderful to be back out and cooking healthy meals:goodvibes

Good luck for the week everyone and I look forward to your updates:love1:

This year is certainly flying!

8 Months today I'll be eating Breakfast in Gatwick, waiting to board VS16 to Orlando! So I've got the incentive to really crack on with healthy eating and exercise.

I'm half a pound off loosing my first stone now. I started 8th July, so in two months I am feeling like I've really achieved something.

It's amazing what having no chocolate and crisps in the house does.

At work I get a free lunch, and in the winter its often comfort food, think bangers and mash, apple crumbles etc. Thank god they have the salad bar and granola and yoghurt pots, else I'd be in trouble!

So glad you've got your kitchen back Sue, a lot of pressure off then! How does it look? Kinda with you on the idea that 8 weeks is much toooooo long between weigh-ins! Still rotten about your club though:(

Brilliant John! Keep it going!

Best of luck to everyone for the week.

Sue it must be so nice having a kitchen again. I bet it looks fantastic too :)

Jon I wish I could have a free lunch at work... although I would be tempted to have a dessert everyday haha.

For me its not looking good this week. I've come down with something *again* grrrrrr.... which has prevented me from doing any exercise this weekend. ATM i'm just hoping I can beat this bug before next Wednesday which is when we fly :scared:

Rachel: Believe me it is really difficult! I often then spend the rest of my lunch on a brisk walk till my Apple Watch tells me I've burnt alot of calories!

I totally lost my focus over the summer and only just about keeping my weight steady at the moment. Oh, well. It is better than gaining.

so I weighed in this morning and I've lost half a kilo which isn't awful. Damn sickness! However I feel like I'm getting better so hopefully I can start exercising again.

Thats good Rachel.

Weigh In is Every Tuesday Morning, I've officially done my Stone now. It's going to be slow from here in!

Libby maintaning is harder than losing in my opinion, Im really struggling trying to maintain, Im sure you will start losing again over the winter:thumbsup2

Libby, maintaining is great! As you said, better than a gain.

Best of luck to everyone for the week ahead!
