Disney World Outfits--What to wear?

I love the Disney Bounding-so cute, but for some reason I have in my head that I'm too old for that:confused3

Now I do have far, far too many Disney tshirts, it will be a chore trying to figure out which ones to take. I only wear them while I'm at Disney. I just match those up with some comfy shorts or capris and I'm good to go.

I'm a tad obsessed with Disney-themed shirts to wear to the parks. I told myself no more, but then I'll find one on clearance I really like and I can't resist! I do wear some of them at home though.

When we're at WDW I try to match our shirts to the park we are attending.

I use Disney trips as an excuse to wear cute, fun dresses - and extra points for polka dots. :) My husband sticks to plain clothes in neutral colors. It's the only time we get photos taken of us and I don't want us to clash.

I love all these dresses! :) Where do you get your's? I wear dresses too to the parks, because it is so darn hot out, the dresses really keep me cool!

IDK how old you are, but I'm 47, and I do it, and I don't think I am too old, or wearing anything too young for me. :D

I'm an annual pass holder. Several of my friends and I embraced the Disney culture many years ago. Now we can't even go without planning outfits. I usually theme myself up a bit. If I'm not wearing a dress I'm trying to be all matchy with the character on my shirt or I theme myself in colors to match my favorite character. Depending on the time of the year and the parks I'm in, I theme it. I try to bring my best Disney outfit. Oh and I have sewn several of these myself.

DH & I became APs this past May, and I realized a lot of people at Disney wear Disney clothes, Mickey Ears, Tiaras, etc. It made me feel like I want to embrace this Disney culture and wear some Disney stuff on our next trip! I was just wondering if any of you had specific Disney attire that you bust out on your trips to Disney; for example, I have a friend who wears her tiara from Epcot every time she goes to Disney World.

I just made this hairbow for myself for an upcoming trip.

This dress was made for a previous trip. I guess you can tell little mermaid is one of my favorites.

I have more outfits just wasn't sure how many you wanted to see.

I'm currently working on a Snow White, toy story and orange bird outfits next.

I love looking cute and feeling comfortable while roaming around the parks! I almost always wear sandals or my converse with cute shorts, a cute top or a romper. And my Disney outfits aren't complete without my Minnie ears! I have 3 pairs...2 that are custom made and the popular black sequins pair from the parks :cutie:

I am 44, my SIL is 50 and we can't wait to Disneybound this next trip (SWW 2016). What I like about DB is you can go subtle or more overt. Last year, I only saw one girl do it (short yellow skirt, bright blue t-shirt, skinny red belt for Snow White) and it was adorable! DH wasn't into it until we told him he could do it with Star Wars. I have gotten him to commit to a couple, but his will be VERY subtle.

Ok, where do I begin---THIS IS SO AWESOME!!!! :dumbo:::MinnieMo I can't believe you dress up so wonderfully and pull it off in the Florida weather! From April-Oct, I'm at least "glistening" from the humidity. Are you sure you're not a :tink:Disney Princess? princess:

I really love all your dresses, they are so creative and comfortable looking! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT:love:

Everyone wearing fun dresses in this thread is really starting to inspire me to wear my own on my WDW trips. I just bought the Disneyland 60th Diamond ears to wear to EPCOT this Saturday, maybe I'll try to coordinate them in an outfit. I need more ears! :earsgirl:

I bought a Goofy pirate hat at MK years ago (sort of a bandana with elastic and Goofy ears attached), and I've brought it with me each time I've returned and worn it for at least part of the trip. Other than that I don't usually do anything in particular, though this year I realized that I have enough nerdy t-shirts with Disney or Marvel themes to wear one on each of the park days (plus I have a Harry Potter shirt and a Jurassic Park shirt for our two Universal days). Did not do that on purpose but am going with it!

I have recently discovered the whole "Disneybounding" trend; so I think I might adopt some of those ideas!

My only issue with Disneybounding, is a lot of it is unrealistic for Florida's hot & humid weather.
