We did this tour a few years ago and loved it. I think it took about 2 or 3 hours. You need to reserve it in advance but it was much more intimate than Universal and had a lot of neat stuff. WB does Harry Potter so if you like that they had lots of cool stuff from that as well as the Friends set. Def worthwhile!
