Chairs at YC Gazebo?

If we don't pay for a decor package what sort of chairs would be put out at the yacht club gazebo?

Also will we get away without decor or would the whole thing look plain?

White plastic folding chairs like this...

I've never seen anyone do a *ton* of decorating at the gazebo. People seem to like it the way it is.

We are doing the Gazebo. And I was wondering about the chairs too. It's one of my questions to my coordinator-- I've seen pics of the ones Carrie posted above, I've seen the dark brown wood ones & I've even seen pics
with ones that almost look like the cheap lawn chairs you see at WalMart. So I'm hoping the standard is the pic that Carrie posted!!

I was there in June, and I'll be back again in Oct for another trip. I'll try to remember to post more pictures.

I think it's very beautiful as is. It's surrounded by a garden. And very well manicured. Practically has its own floral decor. I'm not adding decor to it except an arrangement on our Memorial table, which will be small.
If I had to sum it up in 2 words- Simple Beautiful. I'm not looking for a lot of "fluff" at our wedding, so this fits us perfect.

That looks fab, I was scared it would be supermarket chairs. I can't visit to see myself but I love the idea of gardens for photos.

The dark brown wood ones are a Chiavari chair upgrade ($10/chair plus a delivery fee). The cheap-looking lawn chairs are the *old* standard chairs at Yacht Club Gazebo. The ones in the pic I posted are the new ones they introduced a couple of years ago.

@lurkyloo do you know which standard chairs they use at Sea Breeze Point now? Have they changed them too?

BoardWalk Inn switched to a different not-a-lawn-chair style of plastic folding chair at SBP several years ago (which I like better than the new ones at YBC) and continues to use those.

Ok, that's good to know. The ones you posted don't look too bad to me. Those other lawn chairs are YUCK. Glad they got rid of those.
