Thanksgiving in Disney

we are thinking of extending our vacation over thanksgiving...are there any restaurants that offer traditional thanksgiving dinner on WDW property...parks or resorts?

I'm wondering the same. We just booked a Thanksgiving trip and our options are already limited. I guess CS dining at WDW is better than a traditional meal at home!

There are many that have special Thsnksgiving Day menus. They have started to put it in the info page of each applicable restaurant. I assume there is probably a listing here or on the main site that has them all summarized.

We actually ate Thanksgiving dinner at Raglan Road. It sounds weird because it is an Irish restaurant, but I looked over their menu and thought it sounded delicious. We were not disappointed. Stuffing (my favorite part) was especially delicious. Many people say Liberty Tree Tavern, but I have also read reports that their food is just okay, so we decided not to try it. And not having to cook it ourselves and clean up was wonderful.

Last year, we ate at the Biergarten for a Thanksgiving lunch. They had the normal buffet of German foods but also included turkey and all the trimmings for us Americans. A few years ago, we dined at the Rose and Crown for Thanksgiving (and jokingly thanked the server for our holiday - she had no idea what Thanksgiving was to us Americans) and there was a traditional turkey dinner on the menu that day as well.

Thanksgiving is great at Disney World because my husband, of the "that turkey should be pardoned!" vein can get what he wants and I can get what I want.

We will be having Thanksgiving dinner at Olivia's Cafe. When I called to make my ADR's I was told they will be having a traditional thanksgiving dinner. I have read a lot of good reviews about Olivia's.

A couple of years ago I had Thanksgiving dinner at Tusker House and it was the traditional Thanksgiving dinner. I have to admit that's not what I was expecting. :)

Two Thanksgivings ago, we went to AK for the day and had an excellent CS traditional Thanksgiving meal at Flame Tree BBQ. It was very unexpected and surprisingly good. That night, we had dinner reservations with 17 of our favorite family members at Jiko. It was horrible (and I am a fan of Jiko). I can't tell you how grateful I was to have already had a Thanksgiving dinner!
