Magical Express Vouchers

A couple of weeks ago I receive the information about my package in the mail and they gave me my yellow tags.

In the book it had information about being booked on magical express. I called them with my flight info they didn't have it. But I never got any vouchers to scan.

It did say to bring this book to the airport and there is a bar code in the back. Is this replacing the vouchers they used to give. My research on this say I should get a letter other than that everything is about using your Magic Bands and us Canadians don't get ours until we checked in.

I am just deeply confused right now and as I have 10 days left I just want to make sure I have everything.

If you have your luggage tags, and have given ME your flight information you should be good to go. When we went in October the CM scanned the booklet and looked us up on a tablet to confirm our return information. You're right about the magic bands, poor things don't have passports so they'll be waiting for you at check-in. I wouldn't be worried, it sounds like you're set! Have a great trip

I'm glad I came across this! So you get your Magical Express package about a month before travel roughly? I'm about 10 weeks out and I was wondering how it all works for us Canadians!

Yeah I got mine around the 30 day mark. I got an envelope in the mail with the cast of the Incredibles on it. It had the hotel information, Park tickets info and Magical Express info. They gave me my luagge tags for the Magic Express and my discount coupons.

And this was different from the Incredibles booklet they send out right after booking your trip?

I think I got mine all in one. Did you have your Magical express info in that booklet with luggage tags?

Nope. Nothing about magical express. Just a booklet that tells me my resort and package details, and basic info about the parks. I gave them my flight info when I booked and my email confirmation talks about magical express, but no tags or anything were sent. This is my booklet:

Yeah mine is different. Trying to upload the file. But my book is different it is a travel package and has the Magical Express logo on it.

If you have an old magicband that is still linked to your MDE account, you can use it to get on the Magical Express as well.

I'm 25 days out and still haven't received mine in the mail. Which is weird considering I've gotten the first welcome package and I received another one reminding me to book my fast passes. I'm not using the luggage tags as I'd rather get my own luggage so I hope it's okay showing up without the package....?

You should give them a call just to confirm that they do in fact have your flight information. While you don't need to luggage tags you can't just hop on the bus without a "reservation"

(866) 599-0951 this # is their direct line .. no need to listen to umpteen options or multiple #'s to press before you get a live person!

I put all my flight information in when I made the reservation but I will definitely give them a call to make sure. Thanks!

Really? That's cool. I have an old magic band but my travel companion doesn't. We're both on the same reservation, both linked to my MDE account, both booked on the ME. Do you know if my old magic band will work for both of us?

It should. I only bring my band for my family of four. As long as you're on the same reservation, it should work.
