The best for eating healthy?

Uh...no. First of all, she didn't really say WHAT was healthy to eat any any of those restaurants. Not to mention the fact she didn't mention AKL meal options like Boma, that has and extensive list of fresh salad and vegetable based options.

Is Garden Cafe = Garden Grill? Or is she talking about Sunshine Seasons? SS has lots of healthier choices. Furthermore, just because it's genetically modified, doesn't make any food poisonous or anything so that's pretty dumb statement. Tangierine Cafe has pretty outstanding Hummus and Tabbouleh which are packed with vegetables and protein.

I disagree with her assesment of the signature restaurants as the whole point of the article is about eating healthy....and Sigs have amazing salads and fish entrees.

Overall, this is a dumb article about an "expert" who doesn't know anything about actually EATING at WDW.

I agree, the writer seems to me like someone who hasn't spent much time on-site. Although Via Napoli is delish, I'm not sure I can put it in a healthy category (pasta, cheese, and bread?). She also mentioned Crystal Palace which is buffet (naturally unhealthy), yes there may be edamame but theres also candies, and dessert, and syrup, and butter etc. I see this article as a restaurant review based on a single trip they've been while staying off-site rather than an assessment of healthy food options at the parks.
