We dined at CRT on 3/20 of this year, so a little after reopening. It was not open for booking at my 180 day window due to being unsure of the end of the refurb date, but according to the email confirmation I received when I booked, I was able to do so on 9/24/14. Obviously, this is well in advance, so it isn't representative of what's going on at LTT.[/QUOT
Regarding CRT we have to remember it is a cash cow for WDW and they really could not have it down for a long period of time. It is really a bit of magic for WDW fans. That said, McDonald's can refurb or build a new restaurant in 2.5 months; perhaps WDW needs to consult with them on hour to do it effectively.
