I noticed a price increase and it says that you can't preorder your food anymore?

I was curious about that too - the pre-ordering seemed like a great system.

I would seriously be up for it, but I'm terrible at setting these things up. With the new info about it going live on Aug. 6th, I guess that cuts down on some of the guessing. The go live time is still up in the air. When Disney first started BOG breakfast (not the test), it went live around 3:15 am ET. I was subsequently told by a MyDisneyExperience Internet person that the 3:00 am timing was unique for that because they started loading early since they really weren't sure how long it would take to get fully loaded. My experience for the subsequent extensions has been that the go love time has been the 6:00 am ET trigger.

We have "free" dining so the price increase doesn't matter this time. But seriously, the old price was too expensive. You can now put me in the cranky group that feels like Disney is pricing me out of the restaurants.

I imagine the lines at the kiosk will be huge, so if you do have an 8am reservation, it will be really important to be among the first in to get to that kiosk before the huge lines form.

It's a shame. I'd like to wander around the mostly empty park instead of rushing to BOG. I do wonder if this is to curtail the number of people eating super quick and lining up for 7DMT.

For those obsessing over BOG breakfast - I just went in and checked BOG ADRs for the next several days and I got at least one or more time slots come up for breakfast each day. There is no guarantee that this would happen during your week but I was pretty surprised at the availability. I have the QS Dining plan so want to try it out on my Oct trip.

I'd love to know where WDW Magic is getting their information. I'm not going to believe their details until we have confirmation directly from Disney. Their article also states, "Pre-ordering of menu items as offered during lunch service is not available at breakfast." The tense makes it sound like preordering isn't available for breakfast now, which we all know to be untrue.

Having an official date is both good and bad. Good, people know when to look, bad - EVERYONE is gonna try to grab it all day so the dining stuff will be even more Haywire.

ok juste talk to a super great CM she told me that I can rest tonight and tomorrow night.. It will be available the august 5 and she said at 6 AM online, 7 AM on phone!
