Costumes to purchase @ BBB?

Hello everyone!

We have a BBB reservation @ MK one morning... I think we're going to purchase a costume for our DD6 while at the parks. Our older daughter loved their outfits & they are more elaborate than I can get at Target, etc. (although a bit more costly!) It will be our splurge, but it's her first "I can remember this trip" trip!

I've been on the website chasingfireflies.com and they have a beautiful Cinderella wedding dress, but it's $150! It would be cheaper to pay the $195 package that includes an outfit and some photos. But, I don't know if you do the big package, if Disney lets you pick from all their outfits of if it's only some of them...

Wondering if anyone has photos of the current costumes available to purchase @ BBB?

Hi, I don't have pictures from the current costumes available but we were there on Thursday and DD had the option of different classic princess dresses, and then when we went into the dressing room she had different versions of the princess dress she chose. She chose cinderella and they had the classic dress as well as the dress from the new movie, it had butterflies on it. The FGMIT said not all princess dresses had multiple versions though, but we could choose from whatever they had that day in the Boutique. We did the full package and it was so worth it! She also got a cinderella crown (separate from the one that came with her princess hairstyle) and a cinderella light up wand. We got to keep the makeup, nail polish, comb etc. Then we went over and the photo package came out amazing! It was her first time and a birthday surprise so it took everything in me not to cry watching her be so happy! It was a wonderful experience

We visit Disney annually and really prefer to save the money outside of BBB and purchase from the Disney store or Mom Approved Costumes. I feel the quality of the dresses in the park is not as good as outside and Mom Approved Costume's quality is fantastic at an exceptional price! My daughter was perfectly content in her dresses we brought with and now that she's older, she even can tell the difference in the quality between outside dresses and park dresses. And of course, you're paying a premium in the park too!

the online Disneystore usually has sales on their princess dresses and I believe they are just as elaborate, I usually pay between $15 and $20 before tax and shipping per dress. I've bought Rapunzel, Cinderella, and Snow White. You can get them cheapest when they get a new version of the dress in and clearance out the old style, right now the Anna and Elsa dresses are clearanced out.

I highly recommend littledressupshop.com. They costumes are so much better than Disney quality. Nothing itchy or scratchy or hot. Machine washable. Very durable. Affordable and they have sales all the time especially prior to Halloween. We have their Elsa and Belle dresses and will be buying more before our trip in November.

You all have some very good options! Thanks for the sources!!!! My DD6 has her heart set on Ella's white wedding dress from the recent movie. I've seen some on Etsy or other shopping sources. I'm going to look at your sources & compare to what I find.

I welcome further ideas as well!!!!

Keep an eye on the Disney Store. When I was there last week at my local mall, they were clearing out princess dress inventory for the "fall" princess dresses (apparently they have two sets of princess dresses - the fall/winter version is a little thicker...who knew?!). That day they had Elsa and Rapunzel on clearance for $15-18, but the cast member implied that they would be rotating the other ladies as well. We bought one of each for our upcoming BBB reservation.
