Best books about Walt, WDW or DL?

I've recently become very interested in reading more about Walt himself and about the history of the parks. The book about Walt by Bob Thomas is a definite on my list of must reads. I've also been told that there is one by Michael Barrier that I should check out and I've read some of Married to the Mouse but haven't finished it yet.

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Of course as soon as I posted that, I noticed another similar post that I had missed before. Sorry! So if anyone has any different idea than those in that post, thanks.

I was going to let you know that there's already a post about this very topic, but it sounds as if you've found it. There are some decent books on the list that might be worth checking out. I've come across some that were a waste of time, too, though. So I guess it is a matter of taste and what you're looking for.

Thanks! Yes, I looked through a few pages of threads and I guess my eyes just skipped right over that one! My bad. I would love to know which ones you thought were a waste of time. It seems some cast a negative light and I'm not interested in that. Just want to expand my knowledge of Walt's life and the history of the parks!
