Southwest Airlines....

The only airline we use. We're in south central Texas and are able to fly out of Hobby in Houston or Austin...whichever flight is cheaper and gives us the best times. Purchase Early Bird boarding sometime but not really necessary if you get online exactly 24 hours in advance and get your seat assignment. One delay in 7-8 years...thunderstorm in Orlando with NO flights taking off. Pilot told us exactly what was going on. I've flown alone, with family and with 35 "close friends" (DGD's soccer team and families) and we've been treated with courtesy everytime. Even worked with us during Hurricane Ike to get our group of 9 out of Houston before the airport closed. We had to fly into Tampa but they got us there before the hurricane hit Houston/Galveston area without additional charges. Had DH on the first flight out AFTER the hurricane since he had to stay behind to be available for work if needed. Love this airline.

Love them. We fly with kids so we are able to board with class c which has always been good enough for us to sit together. Most flights I've been on with them have arrived early. When does that ever happen?

Not that often on Southwest. Their on time statistics have been pretty poor this past year!

Southwest is the ONLY airline I'll fly in the US.

The last 3 or 4 times I've flown Southwest to/from Orlando my flights have arrived early too.
