What happens between 7p and 9p? Do we go outside the park and wait? Will we be able to stay after 7p?

I feel like they addressed this when they announced the details? But I could be wrong?
Maybe I'm thinking of HHN and that you'll have a wristband that shows you can stay, though 2 hours seems like a long time.
Maybe jump back and have a listen to the podcast that it was announced on

I'm assuming that you plan on going to Universal that day during its normal open hours. Correct?

Typically what happens is that the park is cleared of all guests, the area is prepped for the party during that two hour window and then those with tickets to the party are escorted to the party location.

If you are in the park during regular hours, you'll need to find something to do during that two hours. Perhaps get something to eat or shop in City Walk?

DISAPALOOZA is a private event, hence it has nothing to do with regular park hours or park guests. If you are in the park during the day as a regular park guest then you will have to leave the park just like any other guest and then return for the private event. As suggested by a PP, this may be a good time to relax at CityWalk and grab dinner/drinks before the event.. The DIS team will likely release more details as the event gets closer with details on exactly how to enter the event, where to line up, etc...
