Can adults order off the kids menu?

Some may offer to upsize the kid's entree, but if your daughter just wants the kid's portion you can pay for it out of pocket and save her adult credit for an additional meal or a 2 credit meal. Just another option is to find something off of the adult menu and either make substitutions or order it plain. We had great luck with that. One of my son's doesn't like sauce, so you could leave that off. I think it was tonys where one of them got plain chicken parm without the sauce with plain noodles, and another asked for it with Alfredo sauce instead.

Or a fancy chicken sandwich with blue cheese sauce and onion Ala mode on a pumpernickel roll (not a real example, lol) could be asked for with no sauce or onions please, and could we have a plain roll, thank you very much.

My daughter isn't really an adult, she'll only be 15 but according to the DDP, she's an adult. We will be on the regular plan. I am wondering if restaurants will allow her to order a meal from the kid's menu if needed. I realize it's not the best use of the dining plan but is it allowed? I'd rather get her something she will actually eat, than get something that will go to waste. Thanks for any help!
