Good morning all:beach:

Hope everybody is well:wave:

As predicted last week weight wise for me was dreadful, I put on 1.5lbs and Im headig for another gain this week.:worried:

Living without a proper kitchen is much harder than I anticipated it would be and I have another 4 weeks to go yet:crazy2:

On the plus side Im back in work today after a couple of weeks off, so the temptation to pick and nibble has been removed, so Im hoping to minimise the damage.

I too find work helps curb the urge to nibble & cupboard surf popcorn::, so hopefully being back might help you stay on track.

I was feeling really negative last week & and I have gained 1lb. I am starting to think maybe I am not being adventurous with my meals. Lunches are using the same, as is breakfast - especially in work when I am looking for convenience.

This week I am hitting the ground running. I am off now for a couple of weeks, so I am really going to shake up what I am eating. This alb gain is just going to be a (very) minor blip!

I'm glad its not just me that's been struggling! Week before last I had gained 1/2kg as I was really under the weather so exercise went completely out the window! Then I had a super busy week with lots of travelling which meant airport food and no exercise - I just don't order salads if i'm eating out. So I understand you finding it hard without a kitchen Sue!

However I'm back on track now. Don't give up ladies, jump back on the band wagon and keep going.

I'll be back on Thursday to post my weight as its my weigh in day.

Feeling more positive this week. Although just had a small blip this evening - some popcorn at the cinema! popcorn:: = :scared1:

OK so did my weigh in this morning and in the past two weeks i've lost a grand total of.... *drum roll*

0.1kg! :rotfl2:

That was my gain because of sickness and then work travel one week, and then me loosing the gain the following week. haha

Right I'm back on the wagon and taking things seriously again.

Lots of end of term events going on at the moment which are a bit tricky to work out the WW points for. We went to the seaside today and I ended up having a tiny ice cream but even that "cost" 4 points - whoops! Too late I had eaten it.

I had the weigh in this morning and lost.......0.6 kilos!!!:cool1::cool1::cool1: I have now reached 5.5 stone and almost doubled my original target of a 3 stone loss before my holiday!:goodvibes Next Saturday is my last weigh in and I hope for another pound off. I'm not going to be as strict with the diet on holiday as I intend to thoroughly relax and take a break from the calorie counting!:drinking1popcorn:: And no salads!!!!!:dance3:
