Snagged a NYE MK Fireworks cruise....wanna share?

I booked a NYE MK Fireworks cruise...starts at 11pm and will be picked up at the Fort dock. To my shock the price tag is $850!!!!!!! It is a boat for 8 and we are a family of 4. The only way I would be able to afford it is if I get someone to go halvsies....Any party of 2,3,or 4 interested let me know. Not to be crude but upfront....first money is in and non refundable.
Anyone else take the cruise and how did you like it?

1) Isn't there a two-day cancellation policy?
2) I though the 25' Tracker Pontoons held 10-people for MK cruises?

1. Won't get stuck with bill by someone who cancels last minute. Plus we would like to do it.

2. I was told it fits 8, any more people would require a different boat and even more money.

1) Cruise:
Hours: 8:00PM (today)
PER DISNEY:
. . . Premium Cruise – 25' Tracker Pontoon w/audio
. . . Includes boat, driver, assorted bag snacks, and assorted soft drinks
. . . Guests may order Private Dining to be delivered to the cruise
. . . Up to 10 people
. . . (NOTE: Didn't know they had anything but 25' Tracker Pontoons)

2) Cancellation (Personal Opinion, only):
. . . If Disney allows cancellations, one would expect you to do also.
. . . Some times plans change.

I can't rewrite what the lady told me, regardless of what you show me, not my fault.
What happens when we show up with 10 and they only take 8? Tell em you said so?

I understand the level of trust involved but can't get stuck with the whole bill....it's not like 20 bucks.

There are 2 size boats. 8 person does not come with the audio. 10 person boat does .

1) Couldn't see that expense for a non-audio boat.
2) Would be wise to verify the boat size.
