Wondering if any of you have suggestions.....planning a trip to Orlando, Disney and Sea World. Just wondering if there is a benefit to purchasing a package for Sea World or better to do it separately. We planned to stay close by. Noticed that the surrounding hotels do have packages. Do they include their version of the front of the line pass? Does that come along with staying there, or must you purchase a package to receive this perk? We would be arriving late one day, then going to the park the next day. Traveling with small children, so not really sure if visiting the park on the day we arrive would be feasible or not. Thanks, everyone, for your input. Haven't been to Sea World in about 20 years!

Free Quick Queue (front of the line) is a perk extended to any guest staying at one of the Official Hotel Partners of SeaWorld (you can find them all here: http://seaworldparks.com/en/seaworld-orlando/vacations/hotels/official-partners/ ). You don't need to book a hotel package in order to receive that benefit, you just have to be a registered guest. There will be a desk in the lobby where you can go pick up your vouchers for redeeming at the park.

Enjoy your time at SW! It's one of my favourite parks in Orlando :) If you haven't been there in 20 years, I am sure you are going to notice a LOT of changes!

As to buying the tickets and hotel separately or together is something you have to do the math with. Sometimes the packages from SW are really good. You can check out the packages on SW's website, and then go to the hotels' websites and see if you can get a better rate together with buying the tickets separately. I've done both, but when I had the hotel only, I had a platinum annual pass.

Last time we did a package they had a kids free deal on tickets and 4th night free. So definitely do the math.
This year we have the AP when they had the BOGO free
