Hello. Previously I have read on here these rooms exist but cannot be booked. Certainly I could not find the category to book or I would have done! We are due to arrive at HRH in a double queen club level room on August 1st for four nights. Is anyone able to advise how I might request one of these rooms? I'm happy to pay extra. I can't fax as in the UK and no access to a fax machine. Thank you 
Oh. The reason I should like one of these rooms is that I have a 13 year old girl and 16 year old boy who obviously don't want to share a bed.
