I am planning a 4 night cruise on the Magic next March. Any idea what shows we will see? Thanks!

Let the Magic Begin!, Disney Dreams: An Enchanted Classic, Twice Charmed, Villains Tonight, and Remember the Magic: A Final Farewell.

One of those will be dropped. my guess either start or end show.

Tangled is launching in November, but I hope they don't get rid of Villains! I'm sure tTangled will be well done, but love Villains :) on the longer cruises they'd have time to do both....

On the EBTA the producers of Tangled were on and showed a sneak peek of the show. They said one of the current lineup would be dropped, but wouldn't say which one. They did say they took into account guest feedback and comment cards.

Thank you for the replies! I was able to find some older Navigators and it looks like the shows were Villains, Dreams, Twice Charmed and some other show (magic or something, I can't remember). I'm curious what Tangled will replace!

Kind of makes sense it replaces Vilians as you can't really replace Disney Dreams and Twice Charmed is extremely popular and probably easier to put on in terms of set peices and costumes. Villians has a lot of set peices and costume changes and I assume Tangled will have a lot too so this would make sense to me although I like all the current shows.

The "Let the Magic Begin" and "Remember the Magic" are not usually shown on cruises shorter than 7 days on any of the ships. The shorter cruises will show the three stage shows for their ship and the other nights (if needed) are usually filled by a movie in the Walt theater or an entertainer.

I would say there is no way they'd replace Dreams, since they just did major upgrades to the show. It also is one of the highest rated shows on any cruise line, so it'd be really stupid to get rid of it. They advertise twiced charmed in all the cruise literature, so I highly doubt they'd get rid of it either. So Villians does make the most sense.

The "I've got a Dream" scene and song was on one of the ships I've been on this year, and I thought it was fabulous! I can't wait to see the whole show!

I'm hoping Tangled will be on the WBTA in September! pixiedust:

Unfortunatley I doubt well get it. The official start wont be til November so end of September seems early to do a preview but you never know. I would love to see it too!

The cast that is currently on the Magic will be debuting Tangled. They started on the May 30 cruise. If they're 6 month contracts (or are they 9?) then it should be before November right? I thought they said October when they spoke about it on the ship.

Are you saying that on the May 30th cruise they showed the show or that the cast started onboard? I would assume they need to rehearse ect but my understanding was that the debut will be a lot later in the year. October I could see previews being onboard with the official release in November. DCL official announcement just says November.

Sorry - I mean that was the day the cast started onboard. The producers were on the EBTA and we saw video of them rehearsing Tangled. I thought I heard the producers say at one of their talks that Tangled would debut in October.

Just wanted to make sure I hadn't missed anything lol I think they will do shows in October and then do the official start show in November. That would make sense as would mean they would see the show with an audience before the official date where they have press etc.
