What I can say is very cheap we had a meal at the Peterhof and included our guide, for five of us it was below £10. Now that was 2010. Anastsia says 7000 to 10000 pp pd. But it's cheap. Imported stuff like coke is proportionally more expensive.

Did you mean 700 - 1000 RUB pp pd? 7000 is £80!

The Frozen deck party, "Freezing the Night Away with Elsa, Anna and Friends" is scheduled to begin at 10:15pm (after both dinner seatings). So, anyone with Palo reservations on our Tallinn night should be fine, as well. :thumbsup2

Deb, do you know whether or not it includes fireworks?

Quick question about "Frozen" night - is it the second night we're in St. Petersburg? I made Palo reservations for that night at 7pm...is that not a good time for it? I don't want to miss the activities (but I'm assuming they start later in the evening?).

Hi Paddles - Frozen night has been reported to be on 31st July - our Tallinn day - so your Palo reservation should be fine.

Thanks - I was doing the math incorrectly when figuring out dates the dining rotation/Frozen party! :o

That makes a lot more sense they'd do the party on an easier port day when folks aren't rushing around.

Concierge as my post on Saturday say Frozen is Tallinn night when we get an extra hour overnight.

This was printed in our 2010 Navigator on Pirate Night: "Due to Baltic Maritime shipping regulations, there will be no fireworks." :guilty: Because of the "white nights," it really never gets dark enough to do fireworks, anyway. On our Tallinn night this year, the sun will set around 9:51pm and there will also be a full moon! :cool2:

I will repeat my post on Saturday re the questions being asked.

Good Afternoon Andrew,

Thank you for your email. We would be happy to assist you with your requests.

With regards to the shows onboard the ship, we do not receive the onboard schedule in advance to know which shows will be each evening. Also, any additional shows added due to the 12-night sailing is not determined prior to sailing. Currently, the shows that are onboard the Disney Magic are All Aboard: Let the Magic Begin!, Disney Dreams: An Enchanted Classic, Twice Charmed, Villains Tonight, and Remember the Magic: A Final Farewell. We also are not provided the variety act entertainer schedule prior to sailing. We would recommend checking your Personal Navigator once onboard for any details.

Your dining rotation is not assigned until about 1-2 days prior to sailing and the information is downloaded straight to the ship. We do not receive this information from our dining team prior to sailing. You will find out your rotation when you check-in at the port. However, we do know what the three different dining rotations will be for the sailing and we can request a specific rotation on your reservation. The following are the dining rotations offered:

L - Lumiere's, A - Animator's Palate, and C - Carioca's

Rotation #1: LACLACLACLAC

Rotation #2: ACLACLACLACL

Rotation #3: CLACLACLACLA

Formal Night will be on Thursday July 23rd, the Frozen night will be on Friday July 31st, and the Semi-Formal Night will be on Saturday August 1st. Animator's Palate will feature the special interactive shows on the second and fourth night you are in Animator's Palate no matter which rotation you are scheduled on. Please let us know if you would like to request a specific rotation and we will add this to your reservation.

The current movies onboard the Disney Magic are as follows:

Finding Nemo 3D
Frozen
Maleficent
Guardians of the Galaxy
Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day
Big Hero 6
Into the Woods
McFarland USA
Cinderella
Monkey Kingdom
Avengers: Age of Ultron
Tomorrowland
Inside Out

Please keep in mind that we have not received any information for any July premieres at this time. We would recommend checking back a little closer to sailing for any further details.

The current Onboard Concierge Team scheduled for your sailing will be Andy and Julia.

Ah, well. There will be plenty of other wonderful things on the cruise. We fly to London 2 weeks from today!
We fly out on the 18th of July. We are so excited. Our DD12 is 75% packed. DH and I will start packing tomorrow.

BTW, everyone should double check with their airlines if you have connecting flights. I reminded my DH to enter his passport information so that he doesn't have to do it at the last minute. Well, he found out that his connecting flight in O'Hare changed. Interesting part is that his original connecting flight changed and departs 1 hour earlier than his flight arrival into Chicago from LHR.

He has been trying to fix this issue since 9 p.m. last night.

Heads up / Warning re Dover.

Currently there are strikes at the French end of the Channel tunnel and their ports. This is causing significant disruption and delay. (1) anyone going by road on the M20 will find operation stack in force where trucks are stopped and held as they can't enter the port causing restrictions on the motorway. (2) Anyone who is travelling by Eurostar or the channel trains may also face delays. This could be resolved by the Dover cruises. Also London Tube and London rail are having strikes planned the next are on 9 /10th July and London will be gridlocked unless resolved. It's re money and also re introduction of an all night tube. Again maybe resolved but worth looking at your plans.

Thanks for the heads up. We are going to taking the train from London. Hopefully they can get this resolved by the 22nd.

Hi DisneyConvert - Which tour company did you book through? I'm trying to get our return to the airport organised (don't want to use the National Express bus or train), but not sure who to use. I found a bus tour online that would've been ideal, but the timings don't fit with our return flight unfortunately.

We found this on the "London Toolkit":
http://www.londontoolkit.com/travel/dover_late_flight_solution.html

This sight was also recommended to us by a friend who works for Transport for London, but that may not mean anything. The particular company that called us back, and who we've booked with is called "5 Star Windsor".

Did I mention that since we are only 3, depending on LHR arrival requirements, we could share the ride(s) with another small group for significant savings for all? Would require a bigger vehicle and some advance notice.

There is actually a bit of Trip Advisor discussion related to several of the coach/limo companies in Windsor.
From what I see, Windsor appears to be a good "staging" point to trips to/from LHR, just outside the M25 loop road, on the Thames, and close to several attractions.

Your kilometerage will vary.

We are scheduled to be on the Shuttle Bus from Central London to Dover. Hopefully, it will be resolved. I have been watching the news and hope that it doesn't affect our travel to and from.
