Online Booking- Guest name & address question?

I am preparing for a family trip for June 3rd-10th 2016 for 8 people in a VGF 2 bedroom suite. When I went to book I am asked for the names and addresses of all going. Can I just list all 8 of us and use my address for now and change it later; if not can I just go online and book the 2 bedroom suite for my wife, daughter and myself and then when I get the information from everyone add them at that time? What is the best way of doing this.

You can just enter your info and later email MS via the member website to add the others.

I do what Bill suggests. Saves time and aggravation. I just book the room with my name and address and then later, email MS with the names and addresses of the guests.

Thanks all. I went online and booked the 2 bedroom lake view suite for next year. Excited!

I use their names and my address and change nothing after booking. There is no reason for them to need their addresses. I haven't asked my extended family or friends permission to give their addresses, either, so I truly cannot give DVC that info.

I would think matching everyone's MDE would be the best route. What items have to match MDE on a reservation, name and DOB, and does address matter?

I just booked a deluxe studio at VGF for almost the same time period- June 3-12! Congrats on your trip- we are thrilled to be going back to WDW. This will be our first trip to be able to stay at our home resort of VGF since becoming DVC owners. I just book using names of guests but use my phone number and address for everyone.
