I always seem to have a dozen projects going at once. Right now, I am working on an Edgar Allen Poe sampler. I'd love to see what you are working on, regardless of the crafting genre.

This is a pic of the pattern I'm working (not mine as I've only just completed a few lines so far)

The last thing I made was this baby cocoon for my new niece, I made it on a round loom. I've been working on a mini blanket for her for in the car seat on a long loom, but haven't worked on it in a while.

I've never cross stitched before. There was a cool cross stitch gift on the FE thread on Cinderella & her prince.

Let's see: Cross Stitch, sewing, car crafts, stamping/inking, anything with my Silhouette, some painting, woodcrafts, home decor crafts, cake decorating, Bento, wreaths....pretty much whatever suits my fancy which is why
i always seem to have too many projects going on at a time. Right now, I'm trying to concentrate on the cross stitch because it is hotter than blazes out so I just want to sit in the a/c and stitch until September, lol. You?

Last year, 2014, I really got into loom knitting after my BFFs 10 yr old daughter got one for Christmas 2013, lol. I've made so many scarves, baby hats & booties. I found it so relaxing. I made everyone at Christmas in my family a scarf, plus friends too. Everyone loved them.

When I was in high school-some college, my 1st was at a craft store/nursery. I was in heaven! I was always making something plus I loved African violets- so I had tons of plants. I'd make Christmas ornaments, Easter bunnies out of rafia, painting ceramics, making wreaths, etc. it was never ending. In high school I took tons of art classes, just I always enjoyed making stuff.

In more recent years I really got into scrapbooking, jewelry making & taking glass classes at the art museum. The scrapbooking has really waned, as it's hard to get it all out & pack it back up. I wish I had a dedicated craft room. I still make all of my own wreaths, bows, & things as I need them.

Everyone at Christmas with their scarves:

I made 14 for those in above pic (my other niece was napping) plus 5 others all for gifts.

Love them! I never got into crocheting or knitting simply because in Florida, i don't have a lot of uses for knitted clothing or afghans. I love to look though and I like quilts but my stitched are never straight enough to pull one off.

Thanks! I could see how the Florida heat can prohibit yarn projects. I've found that as it's gotten warmer here, I've slowed down too. In the winter a knitted project feels nice on my lap, lol.

Love the Dress!! I would love to go to a comicon and i am super jealous!!! I need to do something with my pictures. I haven't scrapbooked since switching to a digital camera which is so stupid. What am I going to do to look through my memories...surf through my hard drive? i need to get crackin!

It's so hard with digital because there are tons more of them, but exactly like you said, I'm probably never going to sit down at my computer and think "Oh, I wanna just look at pictures for hours", so I have to get them in albums. So far behind.... :)

An embarrassing confession? I've been married 10 years and still haven't scrapbooked my wedding. I have hundreds of raw files, not printed. I have one or two framed, but nothing else. I am going to have to turn in my Lady License if I don't do something about it soon

I bought a pair of the Steampunk Mouse Ears when I was in Disney in April. Currently making Halloween Costume to match and matching outfit for my dog. He's still growing considerably so that one is a little more tricky. Very excited to see how it will turn out!

It's coming along. I have the blouse, waist cincher, and leggings just about done. Still working on the skirt! And once I am finished with the actual sewing I am going to polish it up by sewing old keys and clock pieces, as well as adding a pocket watch. Then I need to start on the dog costume which will take some time as it needs to allow room for him to continue to grow between now and October.

So I finished my mini blanket for my niece that my sister asked for, she just wanted something little to put over her baby lap in car seat instead of a folded up blanket that gets to heavy. I know it's a little wonky, not perfectly square, but it was my 1st time using this long knitting loom & I got it too tight in the middle. Also I did a shell crochet on the edges with my crochet hook, I've never done that before.

So I got an email from the Knitting Board company that they came out with a new Zippy Loom, so I went to JoAnn's today & got 2 with my 2 half off coupons. You have to use super bulky yarn, of course I thought my bulky yarn I had at home would work, but it's really not thick enough. So I took 5, yes 5 skeins on yarns I had left from the ninja turtle hats I had made this past winter just to give it a wurl, but that's not thick enough! Lol! I need to head back to Joann's for giant yarn!!!
