Hi, I have never bought tickets from this company, can someone please tell me if there really is a buy two day get one free promotion on for July? (Universal and Islands of adventure) I am afraid I am looking at it incorrectly.

You're reading it correctly, but I don't know why you think you aren't - it's only a $30 savings over the gate price of a 3 day ticket. (Not that that's not a good savings, but it's not big enough that it should make you suspicious.)

ok, so can you tell me the price for 3 adults and 1 child for a 2 day (park to park) and a 3 day (park to Park)? Thanks in advance.

Universal has their ticket prices on their website.
https://www.universalorlando.com/Theme-Park-Tickets/General-Admission.aspx

Just remember that you will need to add 6.5% sales tax to your total. UT prices include sales tax.

If you buy the special then the price would be identical for either a 2 day or a 3 day park to park. This is under the details of the ticket that includes the extra free day:

"When you purchase this 2-Day Universal Part-to-Park Ticket - plus extra day free, we'll automatically upgrade it to a (3 day), free of charge. It is a regular (3 day) ticket, exactly the same as a (3 day) ticket that you could buy from the Universal Orlando gate."

I always buy my tickets from Undercover Tourist. They are a reputable/reliable company. I haven't had a problem yet and the tickets always arrive in a week or two.

I also buy tickets from UT regularly and there are no issues with them. Their "buy 2 days, get one free" pricing is just marketing, though. They get discounts from Universal by buying in bulk, and when they price the tickets for resell, they happen to set the price so that it looks like you're getting a day "free."
