Food Allergy Menus (pictures in thread)

I hope this is a helpful thread to anyone planning a trip. Remember to speak with the chef/manager and inform the restaurant or counter service of your allergies. These menus could change at anytime. Always contact the special diets team at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com when planning a trip.

For more information on special diets please click here.

This is a work in progress. They are now in alphabetical order. (Updated May 2016)

Also, these menus are just to be a helpful guide. They are subject to change. Disney is working on the menus and tweaking them. I can not emphasize enough, how important it is to speak to the chef or manager if you have dietary restrictions.

If you find yourself at WDW and you are looking at an allergy menu please feel free to take a picture. I would love to expand this, and keep it as up to date as possible.

Just a little information about this thread. My children have multiple food allergies. For the past several years we have vacationed at Disney World in September. Around April every year I start researching menus, snacks, ingredients, policies, and anything else food related I can for my kids. It's a lot of work, and I am so happy to share this with you guys. I always intend to do a write up about the restaurants we eat at while we are there, but tend to be exhausted and time slips by. We get the Deluxe Dining Plan and thus we eat a lot while we are there. I am hoping this time I can give you guys more info when we get back from our trip.

Wow. Thanks! I guess we'd better avoid Mama Melrose then. With 4 of the 6 of us milk-free, unless all of us milk-free will eat the tuna, the only thing we can have is a dessert. :/ They only have that single appetizer/entree that is milk-free!

Still working on getting more, and getting it better organized. But glad it's helpful for you guys.
HyperPippi-You may want to call or email. I haven't been to Disney World since these new menus have come out, but the chefs have always been accommodating to my kids. They have worked with them to make them something they like, and I would hope they would do that for you too.

Thanks for doing this but wow they have put out some severe limits here! I'll be interested to hear how this is implemented--like I'm allergic to soy but allowed to have soybean oil and soy lecithin. Are they now just going to say here is what is soy free on our special menu and that's all you can choose from even though on other visits I've been able to safely eat all but 1 or 2 items on the menu? I can't really eat in many chain restaurants because they do this and the employees don't know about the actual ingredients. I also see that a number of places have gluten free and other allergen free desserts that seem to be the same item. SO at 50's Prime Time if I order the soy safe Smores it looks like I'm getting the gluten free smores which I REALLY don't want since I have multiple allergies and the gluten free items usually have some weird (to me)ingredients that I don't eat.

I'm lactose intolerent- I can eat the meatball sub just fine if I ask for it minus cheese. If there is any milk in the meatballs it's not enough to cause any issues.

Are the fries normally made with milk products and the french fries listed are specially made?

This is so, so awesome. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this. SO helpful when planning PN allergic DD's meals (picky, autism, 4 yr old diva in general)

I am not sure about how these are being implemented. I believe I read that you can still request to speak to the chef. My kids have multiple allergies and when we go back this year, I will request to speak to the chef.
