When should we book HRH for Dec.4-12?

When's the best time to book? Will prices get better? If we book, and they do get better, will they give us the better rate? We understand that Dec.4-12 is Value Season, and families/kids will be in school that week, BUT Dec.4 is also the beginning of US/IOA Christmas Season & that weekend may be very crowded. What are your opinions? Thanks!!

You can book now and change later if a better rate becomes available.

I probably should have mentioned that we went last Dec. I originally did a HP package in July, but cancelled it later on when AP rates became available. I bought an AP and I got regular park hoppers for my family thru Undecover Tourist.

That is a very slow time at Universal. There should be some great rates to be had.
