If that is still the case, I didn't think you could apply funds from the DVA at the front desk. If I can make a payment on the room-only reservation, then yes, that is what I will do. (We are DVC members so I don't usually make CRO reservations...)

I used my DVA to pay off our room only reservation. I just called in and said I was using a gift card and gave them my dva account number, super easy.
 
I have a little Target update...

I had three orders for Disney gift cards. The first one was placed on May 23 for $250. That one arrived on Saturday via USPS. The second one was for $500 placed on May 28 also. That one is still showing "Processing" on the Target website. I requested the "Require Signature Upon Delivery" option for that one. The third order was for $250 and that one also requires a signature and was also placed on May 28. Today, the UPS driver knocked on my door with a package from Target...$500 in Disney gift cards!:cool1: I thought that was funny since the website doesn't even list them as "shipped". About 15 minutes later, a DIFFERENT UPS driver comes up the driveway and leaves a package at my front door. After I calmed our killer attack dogs:dogdance::dogdance: and pulled them away from the door, I see that he's left ANOTHER package from Target. This one clearly says "Signature Required" on the label, but he was already back in his truck, driving away:confused3. Sure enough, it was the $250 gift card order.

So, as usual, the experience is hit or miss....both orders required a signature, but only one actually received it. Since there is not a charge, and both of these orders arrived via UPS (instead of in the mail), I think I will still select that option in the future.

Our original reservation was through a TA and I just gave her my DVA number and she made the payments. Which evidently you aren't supposed to give anyone your DVA number.

Then we had to reschedule and I just booked the new reservation by myself and used the DVA again to pay for the room only reservations.
 
I know that some people are still trying to get their DVA fixed from the problems last week but is anyone having NEW issues loading their GC's onto their DVA? I'm curious if it is safe to start loading cards again.

I loaded about $400 worth of gift cards over the last two days with no problems at all.
 
Any idea when the $100 cards will be back on Target's website? This is my first time doing this, and I need to buy $4500 worth. I have my Target GC's just sitting waiting which makes me nervous.

They have never been available to purchase online. You can buy them in some stores.
 
I just called Gift Card services and they are currently moving 1 by 1 to add missing funds to DVA accounts. This was apparently a HUGE issue with many many complaints, and they were waiting for the go-ahead to fix the issue. I was told that my name is on the list for today and I should have my missing $50 credited. So if you are waiting and you gave them your information, hold tight...the problem will be fixed.

I also asked if it is ok to enter more cards, and she said they are currently advising everyone that the system is fixed and to go ahead and enter cards into DVA.
 
Anybody had to go through crazy ID verification with Raise.com? They are asking for a picture of my divers license...

Yes, I did. But since then I have had zero problems at checkout, even being able to use a American express giftcard as payment which I can't do on Cardcash
